Very good central hotel in Eraclea
Pros:

Very good central location, the hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast really good!

Cons:

The check in and check out procedure where long and tedious, we also were not shown or even mentioned the hotel facilities location, like the pool. The parking was narrow and not managed 24h so if you need your car in the night or during the early afternoon (1pm to 5pm) you can not access it

La gentilezza e l'educazione dei camerieri di sala. La posizione è comoda.

Cons:

La cosa peggiore del soggiorno è stata senza dubbio il personale alla reception: scortese, poco educato e, a mio parere, assolutamente non all’altezza di una struttura a 4 stelle superior. Ho viaggiato molto e soggiornato anche in posti in cui non c'era acqua calda, ma la scortesia e la maleducazione del personale è qualcosa che trovo davvero assurdo e inaccettabile. L’esperienza alla reception è stata talmente negativa da far passare in secondo piano gli altri problemi, nonostante alcuni riguardino pulizia e sicurezza.
La pulizia della camera era decisamente approssimativa: sotto il letto c'era un ecosistema a parte. La doccia era in condizioni indecenti, tra calcare e ruggine.
Ancora più preoccupante la situazione del balcone: uno dei vetri del parapetto era integro, mentre l’altro era rotto. In buona compagnia, dato che anche altri parapetti in vetro su altri balconi sono rotti.
In sala da pranzo, l’estintore n. 19 risultava regolarmente segnalato, ma chiaramente rimosso e non era fisicamente presente. La situazione è rimasta invariata per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno.
A questo si aggiungono alcuni aspetti poco piacevoli considerando la categoria dell’hotel: il parcheggio costa 10 € al giorno e anche l’utilizzo delle biciclette è a pagamento.
Infine, la cena è stata di qualità piuttosto discutibile: i secondi non erano male, mentre la pasta era, a mio giudizio, decisamente non buona.
Nel complesso, però, ciò che ha compromesso maggiormente il soggiorno non sono stati né la camera né i servizi, ma il modo in cui siamo stati trattati alla reception. Da un hotel di questa categoria mi aspetto standard completamente diversi, soprattutto in termini di professionalità, cortesia, pulizia e attenzione alla sicurezza.

La posizione abbastanza comoda

Cons:

Il parcheggio non utilizzabile, la scarsa disponibilità del personale reception nel spiegare i servizi ai clienti e il modo sgarbato con cui si rivolgono quando viene fatta una richiesta. Pulizia scarsa e arredamento vecchio che necessita di manutenzione (es. rubinetti incrostati e arrugginiti, luci che funzionano male, condizionatore che perde acqua)
