Kindly review the google reviews of this hotel before deciding to book it. The booking.com reviews seem to not reveal the horrendous reality of this hotel. Poor and confusing reception. Poor hygeine. Small rooms. We asked for a refund but were denied, ended up booking another hotel for peace of mind.

Cons:

You won’t be able to get into the room if you arrived after 5 pm, the hosts are not there! To get into the parking lot, into the hotel, into the room you MUST know the codes - All of them are different!!! First you must study huge! long! emails with instructions how to open every door!! I called them, asked for help, my husband got sick - NO REPLY!
I have been traveling all over the world, that was the worst service! Never ever stay in that hotel.

La stanza era un sottotetto un po' ottufante, mancava un po' l'aria, non aveva una finestra grande, ma solo 2 lucernai

Sistemazione accettabile per una notte di passaggio, sarebbe utile una piccola ristrutturazione

Mancanza di luci esterne quando arriva la sera tardi.
Sistema di apertura delle porte non intuitivo, la sera serve attenzione ed una torcia

sicuramente, per un breve soggiorno da ripetere
Pros:

ho apprezzato la vicinanza con la stazione di Rogoredo e, fondamentalmente, il posto è ben tenuto, pulito e con letto comodo.

tutto sommato non ho alcuna criticita da evidenziare
