I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Istanbul Sisli and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well located. What made my stay especially memorable was the exceptional hospitality and professionalism of Mr. Samet. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout my stay, always making sure everything was perfect.
Thanks to his support and positive attitude, I truly felt welcomed and valued as a guest. Staff members like him make a real difference and represent the hotel in the best possible way.

Beds were great. Breakfast was great. Service was great.
The hairdryers in the bathroom were so weak that we had to request a separate one.
Pool was too small for a 5-star hotel, it was basically for kids.
