We booked the room at around 9:30 Pm we reached the hotel at midnight 1:10 AM first of all this to Difficult to find the hotel location we are searching the hotel 30 minutes. When we reach the Hotel the hotel main door was closed and after minute one person came and he is asking in very ride way *What You Want* , this is the behaviour of the staff and we booked the hotel at Rs. 300/- But the person asked Rs.1200/- when we asked him why your asking more money he telling that room is not available. If the room was not available then why this showing in the booking.com website and he should inform us prior about the unavailability of room .
This is very bad experience for us will not recommend to any and I am requesting to Booking.com authority to take action.

They completely denied the booking making an excuse they only allow outer states id in their hotel. I've never heard that rule before in my 15 years of travelling. The price was very cheap and they had lots of customers, hence they did not want to give a room to a person who booked online at a cheap discount price. Wasted my money and time to go there. Ridiculous!
The staff's behaviour is good.
