Le lieu est bien situé par rapport aux activités et au centre ville

Cons:

Manque de coordination entre le personnel pour le ménage et changement de serviettes les 2 premiers jours malgré la pancarte sur la porte et malgré notre rappel à la réception. Idem pour
la climatisation trop froide pas moyen de modifier le programme malgré les relances à l'accueil. A part cela, les plats au restaurant de l'hôtel sont très bons. Le personnel est accueillant. Les produits d'hygiène sont de bonne qualité et sentent bon. Grand lit et réfrigérateur très appréciables. Hôtel propre avec une belle décoration. Bonne adresse.

Excellent value for money nice property
Pros:

The facilities were clean and spacious, the staff were very helpful. I was lucky enough to have a balcony as they gave me an adapted room which was very handy with a toddler - we had a little extra room. As I soon realised none of the other rooms have a balcony. The bathroom was big and spacious for wheel chair access although I have no disabilities I was happy with this set up for me and my young son easy access with a walk in shower - perfect. The food was better than i expected - breakfast there was a lot of variety and dinner options were good although we had to pay it was quite reasonably priced. Kids eat free. I would definitely stay again. Also there is a massive shopping centre 5-7 min walk from the hotel with all high street brands including Zara and Primark!

Apenas a apontar o facto de não gerirem bem as mesas do peq almoço pois permitem que cada um se sente onde quer o que leva a que uma mesa de por ex 6 pessoas seja ocupada apenas por uma pessoa e as famílias têm que ficar à espera.

Typical clean Holiday Inn room, but towels were old and not soft.
