just parking. had to park up the street across the road. not too inconvenient but a pity we couldn't park closer

Room was clean , good location. Staff friendly and helpful.
Pool needs a clean , the tiles and glass around the pool . Some light bulbs in room weren't working

Service was bad. There was no staff to provide necessary items . They said u come to lobby to get ur things we don’t have staff. Television was having only few Thai language channels not ok for foreigners. No smart tv or YouTube on television. Pool is on 9th floor but u need to go ground floor to get towel and again u need to go ground floor to return it.
