The place was clean, the staff helpful, and the hotel was easy to find
That I had booked only 3 nights there, I should have increased my stay but the other hotel eax already booked so, maybe next time again will book here

من ناحية الموقع جيد قريب من كل شي
و من ناحية نظافة الغرف جيد
أولاً، الفندق مصنف 3 نجوم وليس 4 نجوم 🌟🌟🌟.
عند وصولنا لم يكن هناك أي موظف للمساعدة في حمل الحقائب، وهذا أعطى انطباعاً غير جيد من البداية.
الموقع مزعج جداً بسبب قربه من استوديو الملاكمة، لذلك لا أنصح به لمن يبحث عن الراحة والاسترخاء.
أما الإفطار فكان سيئاً جداً 👎. أنصح بعدم حجز الغرفة مع الإفطار. من أول يوم طلبت منهم عدم خلط نقانق الدجاج مع لحم الخنزير، لكن للأسف لم يكن هناك أي اهتمام أو استجابة، واستمر الوضع نفسه طوال فترة إقامتي.
الخبز كان جافاً وغير طازج، وبارداً وكأنه محفوظ في الثلاجة. وفي اليوم الثالث وجدت قطعة خبز عليها عفن، وقمت بإبلاغهم بذلك.
وبعد الشكوى، عرضوا عليّ إمكانية التأخر في تسجيل الخروج كنوع من التعويض، علماً بأن موعد تسجيل الخروج الرسمي هو الساعة 12 ظهراً، وبعد ذلك يتم احتساب رسوم إضافية عن كل ساعة تمديد للغرفة.
بشكل عام، كانت التجربة دون التوقعات، ولا أرى أن مستوى الخدمة أو جودة الإفطار يبرران سعر الإقامة.

فيه بعض الليالي يكون ازعاج نوعً ماء
قرب الفندق من المحلات التجارية والشارع العربي
ليس مناسب للعوائل : ازعاج ليل نهار ، الغرفة ضيقة جدا ، الاستقبال غير متعاون ولا يبتسم خصوصا الطاقم المناوب في الليل كانه بائع بخسارة، ليس لديهم طاقم للمساعدة في حمل الحقائب.....الخ

Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement toute l’équipe pour ce merveilleux séjour. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme par les réceptionnistes, toujours souriants, disponibles et à l’écoute. Leur accueil chaleureux a contribué à rendre mon séjour encore plus agréable.
Je souhaite également adresser un grand merci aux femmes de ménage pour leur travail remarquable. La chambre était impeccable chaque jour, parfaitement entretenue et très confortable. Leur discrétion, leur sérieux et leur attention aux détails méritent d’être soulignés.
Tout au long de mon séjour, j’ai ressenti une véritable volonté de la part du personnel de satisfaire les clients et de leur offrir la meilleure expérience possible. Cette qualité de service fait toute la différence et mérite d’être mise en avant.
Grâce à l’ensemble de l’équipe, j’ai passé un séjour merveilleux dans un cadre agréable et accueillant. Je repars avec de très beaux souvenirs et je recommande cet établissement sans aucune hésitation à toutes les personnes qui recherchent un service de qualité et une équipe attentionnée.
