Pros:

Odası çok rahattı, kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği güzeldi. Yeri çok merkezi ve heryere yürüyerek ulaşabilmek mükemmeldi. Resepsiyon görevlileri son derece kibar ve ilgililerdi.

Pros:

Durante toda la noche hubo una fiesta. Mi intención era acostarme a las 22:00, pero parecía que el concierto estaba dentro de mi habitación. Las ventanas temblaron hasta las 2:30 de la mañana, por lo que mi marido y yo no pudimos dormir. Hemos grabado el ruido y el temblor de las ventanas por si fuera necesario presentarlo como prueba.
Esta mañana, al comentarlo en recepción, me derivaron a la responsable de Relaciones Públicas. Cuando fui a hablar con ella, me dijo que era nueva. Luego vino otra persona y tuve que volver a explicar la situación. Me dijeron que no sabían nada y que, como el hotel está lleno, no podían ofrecerme un late check-out ni ningún otro detalle para compensar esta terrible noche en vela. También me aseguraron que nadie más se había quejado. Sin embargo, mientras lo comentaba en recepción, un señor que pasaba por allí lo escuchó y afirmó que le había pasado lo mismo y que también había sufrido mucho por el ruido. Por lo tanto, es un problema que afecta a más clientes, sobre todo a los de los pisos superiores, ya que la fiesta era en la terraza (roof terrace).
Considero un gran error que el hotel no cuente con ventanas fuertes e insonorizadas. Lo más grave es que el establecimiento se niega a asumir cualquier tipo de responsabilidad, evadiendo el problema con excusas. Ante esta falta de empatía y de soluciones, me siento totalmente engañada como cliente, ya que pagué por un servicio de alojamiento y descanso que el hotel no fue capaz de garantizar.
