O apart hotel era amplo, com uma bela vista e muito confortavel.

Cons:

A funcionaria da recepcao estava sempre de mal humor. O Wifi nao funcionava bem. E os quartos nao sao limpos.

Vista linda e local aconchegante
Pros:

Localização com uma vista linda do lago, o apart hotel tem um tamanho ótimo, cozinha com td o que precisamos , limpeza nota 10, café da manhã entregue sempre na noite anterior, atendimento muito simpático do dono e recepcionista. Quando voltar a Pucon certamente será minha opção de hospedagem

Hermoso y acogedor lugar, donde todo está pensando para que la estadía sea agradable y placentera. El lugar es ideal para desconectarse del ruido de la ciudad y conectar con la hermosa naturaleza y vistas que rodea el lugar. El personal siempre muy preocupado y amable. Sin duda volveremos pronto.

Restful stay in Pucon
Pros:

Beautiful location, very clean, somewhat secluded and overlooking the lake. The room I stayed in was generously sized, and I felt very comfortable. Marcia was very responsive and welcoming too, and helped me coordinate my awkward check-in/check-out times. Very happy with my experience here.

Cons:

Need a car to make it worth staying here. Not an issue for me, but something to be aware of. Otherwise, great property!

Pros:

The hotel and the rooms are nothing less than amazing! So beautiful and cozy. Landscape is amazing as well and the location is great.
The staff is very friendly and breakfast is wonderfull.
