Not Clean. Regret.
Pros:

The room is not what we saw in booking app. It’s totally opposite. Not clean at all. The first room we got was level 4 - worst. Bad smell, not clean. I keep calling the receptionist to change the room. And finally they got me another room. Which was okay like can rate 3star. The building is like abounded building. No one. Feeling regret got this. Parking also like not updated. No clean lift. Cleanliness rating low. Parking charge expensive. Disappointed.

The design for this house is very comfortable and bigger than I imagined.

Cons:

The breakfast package maybe can upgrade to something very interesting and punctual even with the simple food. For my first day of breakfast i cannot wait because they open after 11am..i already planned the tentative for my holiday and decided to have breakfast at another place..2nd day, the breakfast is nasi goreng but very tasteless and chocolate pudding already expired luckily my daughter does not eat yet.

bilik luas cuma itula asyik pindah bilik sbb supposed to be bilik ada dua tapi dpt satu bilik je. dari level 5 ke level 6 sbb diaorg tak cek betul2.

Cons:

staff tak double check bilik yg ditempah, tempah dua bilik tp dpt satu bilik. at last tukar bilik level 5 ke level 6. bilik level 6 dua bilik masuk dlm je bau kepam and lantai kotor dgn towel tak disediakan. deposit pun lmbt nak pulangkan dh lebih 24 hrs.
lpstu port breakfast jauh kena tawaf pusing satu bangunan crik cafe.
