Fix this and maybe I’ll come back.

Clean I will say for the most part.

Cons:

The front desk declined my request for an extended check out and claimed that hotel was sold out but also the parking lot was completely empty. It goes a long way when you’re being honest and if you are not, I will always make mental note to never stay at this place again knowing that aren’t helpful with just a few more minutes to check out.

You will freeze because hotel controls thermostat
Pros:

I HATED THAT The hotel controls thermostat. I pay for 9room and cannot turn a/c off. Air blew all night. I froze . Woke with horrid headache. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU DONT LIKE NOISY COLD NONSTOP BLOWING AIR IN ROOM. HOORRIBLE

Prime location to downtown Austin and great staff/service
Pros:

Loved staying here. So close to the airport and the highway, so it’s very easy to get around Austin if you have a car. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. Refreshments available 24/7 in the lobby. They prepared cold breakfast for me to take with me as I checked out around 3am.

Cons:

Even though the location is close to many things, I was not expecting the hotel to be right next to a correctional facility. For this reason I had to keep my windows covered my entire stay as people would be able to see straight in.

Pros:

Staff was so friendly. One day our room was skipped for cleaning, but we got back early and the woman emptied the trash cans & refreshed towels in bathroom. Breakfast was very nice. Glad they had peanut butter. Got a great recommendation for dinner one night.
