Pros:

Staff gentilissimo, camera pulitissima e con tutti i comfort. Si trova all'interno del KLIA T2 e con la navetta gratuita abbiamo raggiunto il T1 in breve tempo. All'interno del terminal ci sono moltissimi negozi di brand non solo internazionali, ideali per l'ultimo shopping!

Pros:

La habitacion es ideal, super moderna, genial decorado y con todas las comodidades.
Dentro de la propia terminal del aeropuerto, por lo que es comodisimo para escalas largas.

Cons:

Hubo un malentendido con el establecimiento. Antes de alojarnos cambiaron las condiciones y lo que yo tenía reservado no permitía la estancia durante la noche. Tuve que involucrar a booking para que mediara con ellos, ya que no eran las condiciones que existian cuando yo reservé hace meses.
Finalmente nos dieron la razon y todo fue como estaba previsto.

la posizione, la pulizia, abbiamo prenotato in questo posto per la comodità della posizione all'aeroporto di KL (T2) che ci serviva per la partenza del giorno successivo. Il posto è OK per questa esigenza.

Ottimo pit stop tra un volo e l’altro
Pros:

Struttura moderna e pulita. Camere molto belle e moderne. Comodo all’interno del centro commerciale del glia2 con negozi e ristoranti . Navetta gratuita da terminal 1 a terminal 2

Ottimo soggiorno in aeroporto
Pros:

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione all’interno del KLIA 2 è davvero comodissima, soprattutto per chi ha un volo la mattina presto o deve fare una sosta in aeroporto.

I letti sono comodi, gli spazi ben organizzati e la reception è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima anche la colazione.

Prima als je op doorreis bent
Pros:

De locatie op de luchthaven is prettig als je op doorreis bent. Ook erg fijn dat je 12 uur mag blijven. Wij kwamen om half 3 s nachts aan en hoefden er pas om half 3 s middags uit.

Cons:

Let op: we zijn met 5 personen. 2 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Toen we aankwamen bleken we maar 4 slaapplaatsen te hebben. Het idee was dat er wel 3 kinderen bij elkaar in 1 bed konden slapen (onder 1 deken). Helaas moesten we het hiermee doen want het hotel zat vol. Dus let goed op bij het boeken dat je genoeg bedden hebt.

No refrigerator , no luggage to room, in the bathroom there is a smell when I came like sewage and the washroom area there were two dead squashed dead mosquitos makes me question if they cleaned the room.

Heel comfortabel verblijf als je voor de luxere kamer gaat!
Pros:

Het is even goed kijken naar de borden als je landt op KLIA2 en dan is het goed te vinden. Hou er wel rekening mee als je volgende vlucht vertrekt vanaf T1 je een trein moet nemen die later op de avond minder vaak rijdt. De kamer zelf was erg comfortabel en schoon. Heel fijn om je eigen badkamer en toilet te hebben. Via de tv inloggen op Netflix en hebben heel comfortabel 8 uur doorgebracht hier totdat we moesten inchecken voor de volgende vlucht.
