Pros:

Location is walking distance, free shuttles are good, staff are professional, attentive, speak English and make you feel welcome, breakfast is really cute. Seaside view has good view of the end of show fireworks!!

Cons:

Location is awesome but noise / bass from the shows nearby (18:00 - 21:30)

Map location on Google Maps shows the property a building or two away. Which confuses people/drivers unfamiliar with sunset town.

Location is great.

Cons:

Rooms were bit smaller than we expected. We were charged for the towel just because of some stains on it. We told them that it would go away with the bleach but they were only interested in money. May be this is the way to get extra money from the customer.

For breakfast can have more choices for vegetarian and seafood to accommodate those guests not taking meat.

素敵な景色と美味しいご飯でリピ決定‼︎

オーシャンビューでベランダが2個あり、夜の花火を2人別々のベランダからゆっくり観れてよかった。
ナイトマーケットに行くのに、バギーで送ってくれたり、サンセットタウンツアーも無料で行けて、写真も沢山撮ってくれた。
朝食はそんなに種類があるわけではないが、どれも美味しくて満足‼︎
今回で2回目の宿泊だったけど、9月にも宿泊予定です。
ここのホテルは静かだし、外観も内装もとても素敵です。
スタッフも親切でおすすめのホテルです。

Cons:

エアポートシャトルの時間が決まってるので、10時以降の飛行機で到着すると、午後まで送迎がない。
タクシーでホテルまで行くことになる。
