Pros:

The staff was very helpful, kind, and always trying to help and support us.

Cons:

The rooms was a little bit small, however it has all what we needed.

I didn't like that the breakfast was in different location, and we have to go in a buggy for it, again the staff took good care of that.

Pros:

Location is walking distance, free shuttles are good, staff are professional, attentive, speak English and make you feel welcome, breakfast is really cute. Seaside view has good view of the end of show fireworks!!

Cons:

Location is awesome but noise / bass from the shows nearby (18:00 - 21:30)

Map location on Google Maps shows the property a building or two away. Which confuses people/drivers unfamiliar with sunset town.
