Vielreiser und regelmässiges Buchen über Booking.com. Wir haben noch niemals eine solch mangelhafte Unterkunft vorgefund

ganz und gar nicht zu empfehlen!!

Lage:

„zentral gelegen“ jedoch mit Mietauto keine bis kaum Möglichkeiten in den Einbahnstrassen zu parkieren!

Appartement:

bereits im Hausflur schlechte Gerüche; wahrscheinlich aufgrund Problematik Abwasser!!
Im Zimmer Geruchsemission, die sich auch durch das Lüften nicht beheben lässt!! Dringlichst abzuraten sich dort einzumieten!
Da das Wasser beim Duschen nicht abläuft; gehen wir von der mangelnden Abwasserpumpe aus.

Hygieneverhältnisse:

Unterirdisch mangelhaft:
Kautabak/Snooze vom Vormieter auf dem Boden vorgefunden!

Preis/Leistung:
überteuert bei ca. 138€ pro Nacht für eine Unterkunft mit sovielen Mängeln!

Cons:

Rein gar nichts! Frühzeitiger Check-out nach einer Nacht; obschon 3 Nächte gebucht und beglichen wurden.

Pulizia, luminosità, servizi (stoviglie, the, caffè, lavanderia), ampiezza del bagno, presenza del balcone.

Cons:

Posizione: via secondaria ma rumorosa a causa del piano basso.
