Well sound proofed from the Motorway and Welcoming...Location is handy for most nearby attractions. Staff very accommodating and quick checking in and out. All a very pleasant stay.

In addition to paying for the night day, there was been a parking charge of £5 and then a Dog charge of £20. For which you get to nothing, no water bottle no blanket - nothing. Considering that the room is extremely basic, I’m very surprised by the prices they’re charging to bring in small pets.

It is not a long walk but for anyone with a disability it may be a problem.

It was a good location as we were visiting family nearby.
Large room, big enough for us and our dog. Plenty of coffee and tea available

We found some of the towels and bedding were stained and the bathroom door had to be slammed to be closed, so could hear lots of slamming doors.
