Imposible dormir por el calor de la habitación
Pros:

La ubicación era práctica para hacer una parada en ruta.

Cons:

Nuestra experiencia fue muy mala. Llegamos sobre las 22:00 durante unos días calurosos, pero en el exterior ya estábamos a unos 16 °C. Sin embargo, al subir a la primera planta el calor era insoportable, probablemente por encima de 30 °C. Costaba incluso respirar en el pasillo y la habitación estaba todavía peor. Además, había bastantes bichos dentro de la habitación.

Intentamos abrir la ventana, pero el calor acumulado seguía siendo inhumano y acabamos encontrándonos mareados y muy incómodos. Pedimos ayuda en recepción para intentar buscar alguna solución: otra habitación, un ventilador o cualquier alternativa para poder pasar la noche, pero únicamente nos dijeron que habláramos con el manager por la mañana, lo cual no solucionaba nada en ese momento. Tampoco podían reubicarnos ni ofrecernos ninguna otra opción.

Finalmente, a las 23:00 tuvimos que abandonar el hotel tras apenas una hora y cuarto allí porque era imposible dormir en esas condiciones. Entendemos que la tarifa no fuera reembolsable, pero aun así creemos que el alojamiento debería garantizar unas condiciones mínimas de habitabilidad. Deberían revisar urgentemente el sistema de ventilación, porque no es normal tener una diferencia tan extrema entre la temperatura exterior e interior.

One of the best motorway hotels I’ve stayed at
Pros:

Was pleasantly surprised by the room, was maintained well, clean and comfortable. Was on the ground floor during a heatwave and the room was cool.

Cons:

Only issue was the tv was smaller than anticipated

Great place to stay to break up a car journey very quiet and roomy

Handy location for overnight stop while travelling, lots of food options close by , room was very large and very quiet as hotel is sited back away from motorway
