So easy to find and just does exactly what you need - a bed for the night in a basic, but clean and comfortable room.

Probably their able to provide the cheap price because everything else boosts it, £5 carpark, £25 dog so a £47 room became a £77 room which then wasnt cheap abd cheerful
Dog fee of £25, is a bit excessive for the cheap accommodation
Carpark fee of £5, is also not required elsewhere
The location was excellent for a quick overnight stop, with very convenient access to the motorway. The breakfast at the service station was very good and a definite highlight of our stay. It was a convenient place to break up a journey.
Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue. When we arrived, there was a dirty towel still hanging in the bathroom, which was unacceptable and made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned.
The corridor also absolutely stank of cannabis when we arrived, despite being on a non-smoking floor. This was very unpleasant and not what we expected.
To make matters worse, the guests in the room above us were stomping around throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep. While I appreciate that the hotel cannot control every guest’s behaviour, the poor night’s sleep certainly affected our experience.
It’s a shame, as the location is excellent, but cleanliness and comfort really need to be improved.
