The Hotel has an amazing outlook across the tree canopy and out to see. The Infinity pool is huge and absolutely breathtaking with the view beyond it. Hotel sits in grounds that are lush and full of life, so whichever room you have or whenever you walk around the hotel and spend time at the pool, you are encountering butterflies, birds and we were lucky enough to see toucans and monkeys. The staff are all friendly and willing to help you as much as possible. Andrés was really helpful in securing a boat tour for me and he has such a lovely way about him. Food was okay… They are trying hard, providing quite fancy looking food which sometimes hits the mark and sometimes doesn’t.
The room was really comfortable and quiet and had everything we needed.
I only have two complaints about the property. 1) I noticed that in the bar / timing and pool area, empty glasses and plates etc. would often hang around for hours on end, even all night or all afternoon into the night and beyond. Obviously bar staff were doing drinks but sometimes they were not that busy and did not think to collect up empty glasses etc. Unfortunate this gave the area a bit of a tired uncared for feeling when actually it was such a lovely place to hang . 2) the gym and spa area feels very un cared for and he’s not actually a nice area to be in.

Feels a little like a compound, not a lot of good connection with other guests. I like that the music was chill, but it would have been better without words. Distracting.
