A cheap place to stay that is mostly clean, but the staff made it a place I won't go back to...
Pros:

The location is great, and the rooms are spacious and fun. The breakfast foods were elevated from basic hotel breakfast offerings. Parking was plenty and easy to find.

Cons:

The driveway entrance to the hotel is awkward, and has a blind spot for exiting turning left. The rooms aren't cleaned daily, and there is no placard explaining when cleaning happens. The front staff had no idea how to help when a problem came up, and became rude and defensive.

Pros:

Location! It was perfectly located. Everything is less than 10 min from the hotel.

This was the cleanest and most spacious place I’ve stayed at on vacation so far. Highly recommend!
Pros:

The property was clean inside and outside. Staff members were pleasant and accommodating. The suite my family and I stayed in was beautiful, clean, and spacious. I would highly recommend!

Great location, close to everything we wanted to do. Very convenient.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious, however there were some groups who basically took over the place and made it challenging to get to the food/services

Cons:

The fact that the individual(s) directly below us were smoking pot on their balcony and the smell was permeating our room.

Location. Was clean and spacious.

Cons:

The Sofa bed was uncomfortable and the blankets were a little ripped. The dishwasher never worked, we called to have it fixed and nobody could fix it.

Absolutely worse experience ever

The room itself was nice, but that was it!

Cons:

We came down to Pigeon Forge over 4th of July weekend so we could celebrate it, but not have to be around all the fireworks due to my husband having PTSD from combat. When we booked the room we made sure that the room had a TV in the bedroom because he always has to have the TV on at night to sleep. Our first night there we let the front staff know that the TV was not working in the bedroom and the lady states, have him sleep on the couch tonight and I will have maintenance come in the morning and fix it. So we left the remote in a specific spot to know if they came or not. Before we left that morning we even stopped at front desk to remind them. When we returned that night, no one had came. So we went back down there and the lady stated “they forgot and she will make sure her manager knows to cut a discount”. We were not worried about a discount and we had explained all times that my husband was a veteran and needed a TV. So both nights he had to sleep on the couch. So when we went to check out the lady states “there is nothing we can do about it, that’s just the way it is because we don’t guarantee a working TV. “ There was no: sorry about all the inconveniences, thank u for your service, or how can we make it right. I assure u we will never stay at a StayBridge ever again!
