Nearby Hans market
Pros:

Good location nearby Hans market.

Cons:

We have a booking with 2 rooms for 4 persons, but when we checked-in its turn out that we have only one room. They said mistake from Booking.com
So we have to made a new book another room.

Nhân viên bắt khách phải phụ phí do lỗi của khách sạn ????? Nếu không phụ phí không cho check in. Và nó k cho check in thật :))))

14h mình đến check in thì nhân viên bảo “Khi c đặt phòng hệ thống web của khách sạn bị lỗi giá, nếu chị muốn nhận phòng thì phải phụ phí, còn không thì chị huỷ phòng”. ( Phụ phí mà nhân viên nói là 2 triệu nha 😅)
Trời ơi lỗi của khách sạn thì phải làm việc với Booking.com chứ khách liên quan gì. Đã xác nhận đơn đặt phòng với giá đó rồi mà

Mình gọi tổng đài, họ bảo không được trả phụ phí đó bằng tiền mặt, làm như vậy là khách sạn vi phạm điều khoản. Họ sẽ liên hệ khách sạn để làm việc, và bảo chờ 45p sẽ bù phòng cho mình .
Nhưng mình k cần vì có con nhỏ, trời lại nắng nóng k thể chờ nổi.

Despite encountering some issues on our first night, the hotel staff handled the situation swiftly and professionally. Their prompt resolution allowed us to fully enjoy the rest of our stay. Value for money
Pros:

Water dispenser at the lobby, washing machine and dryer available for free use.

Cons:

Breakfast selection was limited but I loved the salads. Gym was small too with 2 treadmills, one cycle (not working), a bench and some weights. Due to the location, pick ups and Grab always stop opposite the hotel and we had to cross the busy street all the time to get to our ride.

Central location. Nice staff. They add you on whatsapp when you check in and they constantly communicate through it.

Cons:

I was not aware that the super cozy room did not have a window as it was not mentioned on the booking platform.

Pros:

Staffs were very proactive in helping. Billiard pool was nice to have. Attached Indigo cafe was good and hotel location is excellent. Room was above expecations relative to the cost, was very happy with my stay here.

Cons:

Not a big deal but it would be nice to know about the Grab discount earlier (maybe right after checking in). Everything else was perfect.
