Great location close to all the attractions. The room was small, but was clean and comfortable. Great value and Paolo, the host, was very helpful and friendly.
Not a problem for us, but there is no elevator, there is a mobility lift to the first floor. Bed throw was very tired, but otherwise all good.
Szybki i bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem, zameldowanie nawet w środku nocy. Pokoje i łazienka bardzo czyste. Bardzo dużym atutem jest lokalizacja w samym centrum, blisko dworca centralnego, wszystkie atrakcje w zasięgu ręki.
Słabe ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem.
Personal/värd bra på att svara jättesnabbt o mycket tillmötesgående. Bra säng. Stort badrum. Själva rummet inte stort men hade det nödvändiga.Rent o välstädat. I mitt rum fönster mot mörk gård med matos. Läget i stan tyst o 5 min från Piazza Maggiore. Luftkonditionering fanns.
Brist på fönster med utsikt/dagsljus men nog inte så lätt få till när man gör om 1500talspalats till hotell.
Zentrale Lage in einer ruhigen Seitengasse, nur wenige Schritte von Einkaufsstrasse, Restaurants und Bars. Ideal zum Bummeln und Verweilen. Sehr freundlicher, persönlicher Empfang vom Chef selber.
Είναι ένα κατάλυμα πολύ κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία. Μου άρεσε πολύ που είδα προσβασιμότητα για ΑμεΑ στο ξενοδοχείο. Ήταν κάπως μικρό το δωμάτιο, όμως για το ένα βράδυ που μείναμε ήταν μια χαρά. Άλλωστε, αυτό που αναζητούσαμε ήταν η κοντινή απόσταση από τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος, οπότε δεν μας ενόχλησε. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν υπέροχος! Μας έδωσε πολλές προτάσεις για τα αξιοθέατα και το φαγητό! Το εκτιμήσαμε πολύ!
Οι παροχές του δωματίου ήταν... λίγες. Μια καφετιέρα θεωρώ πως είναι must. Επίσης, με μια μικρή ανακαίνιση, θα γίνει πανέμορφο!

La struttura è a pochi metri dal centro di Bologna in una zona comunque tranquilla e ricca di ristoranti, bar e un cinema vicinissimo. La procedura di self check-in io la trovo comodissima e anche in questo caso le istruzioni fornite sono state chiare e facili da mettere in pratica. La nostra camera era molto pulita, piccolina ma dotata di ogni comfort, arredata in uno stile che si potrebbe definire un po' retrò. Il signor Paolo e il suo staff sono stati gentilissimi e accoglienti, prodighi di informazioni su cosa fare e dove andare a mangiare o fare colazione. Ogni volta che ho posto una domanda mi ha risposto velocemente tramite WhatsApp. L'hotel non è dotato di ascensore e non fornisce colazione, ma c'è una zona comune dove in autonomia si può mangiare o fare colazione dotata di cucina e microonde. All'interno si trova anche un distributore di bottigliette d'acqua, bevande e snack.
La zona comune è molto accogliente con il divanetto e le riviste: sembra di stare a casa, migliorerei invece la parte destinata alla cucina.
