Nice hotel - very disappointed pool closed.
Pros:

Location, staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful decor and comfy beds. Regular free tuk-tuk to the station or shopping -terminal 21

Cons:

Swimming pool closed due to maintenance. Nothing was mentioned on the website or was communicated by the hotel prior to stay. Booked this hotel to enjoy the pool and relax- into the evening. The hotel provided free tuk-tuk transport to neighboring hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel mitten in Sukhumvit. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Straße ungefähr 15 Minuten Fußweg oder 5 Minuten mit dem Hotel Shuttle von der nächsten BTS Skytrain Station entfernen. Mein Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und jeden Tag super gereinigt. Das Bett war für mich sehr bequem. Es gibt im Zimmer zwei Klimaanlagen. Es war insgesamt sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist okay, es gibt unter anderem thailändisches Essen und eine kleine Auswahl an internationalen essen. Das Personal ist stets bemüht, freundlich und wirkt sehr kompetent. Von mir eine ganz klare Weiterempfehlung.

Cons:

Einen kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätte ich, es wäre super wenn die Aufzüge und die Flure klimatisiert wären.

Poolen var smuk men ude af drift da vi var der desværre, hotellet gav mulighed for at bade i anden pool men den var desværre ikke ligeså fed men stadig en fin service, så tjek dette inden i tager afsted

Struttura pulita e curata, staff gentile e disponibile, ottima colazione e posizione.

Cons:

La piscina era in manutenzione e quindi chiusa, e non siamo stati avvisati prima del soggiorno, ma lo abbiamo scoperto al check-in

Les chambres confortables, la literie excellente, l’emplacement près des quartiers animés sans le bruit de la ville, la gentillesse du personnel, le early check in,…

Cons:

la piscine et le bar sur le toit terrasse étaient fermés… Je sais bien qu’il faut parfois faire des travaux de maintenance mais c’était notre principal critère de choix de cet hôtel, BKK en été étant difficilement tenable sinon. L’hôtel a certes un deal avec un autre pas loin qui laisse les clients venir piquer une tête mais on est loin des attentes initiales… retour à la normale prévue le 1er juillet on a vraiment pas eu de bol😩

Un bel endroit à sukhumvit 15
Pros:

Très honnêtement, cet hôtel situé sur sukhumvit 15 est très agréable. Idéalement situé sur sukhumvit, il est toutefois au calme.
Les chambres sont également calmes et très agréables.
Il ne manque rien.
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très complet, dans une jolie salle.
Petite salle de sport. Suffisante pour s'entretenir.
Service de tuktuk pour nous amener à proximité.
C'est un plus.
Le personnel est vraiment très agréable et je les remercie.

Cons:

La piscine était fermée et on ne le savait pas, ce qui m'a un peu agacé mais l'hôtel avait prévu une solution de rechange dans un hôtel proche.
Nous y étions conduits en tuktuk et très bien reçus.
Je reviendrai tester celle de l'hôtel qui semble très agréable en terrasse.

1) Lighting in the toilet is a bit dim
2) The safe door, when opened, will interfere with the wardrobe door

Excellent basically but could be improved
Pros:

Staff…Bark and Ham especially closely followed by Luki. Apology if spelling is bad. Good breakfast but what happened to the pancakes that you used to have? The cake substitute doesn’t do it.

Cons:

Irresponsible not to tell clients that the roof-top pool and bar would be closed for 2 weeks. We only lost 2 days but we would have changed our dates had we known. Other clients were furious. Totally unacceptable!
