Pros:

I like that the room was qaint. I had a good size room, with kettle, hairdryer ect. Staff friendly. Loved the relaxing foyer and Brown Coffee very close. Tuk tuk drivers are close to buildimg and has a nice alley with food that is close. Roof top pool had amazing views and nice place for drink at end of day. Recommend visiting Phnom Penh Tower for dinner and Genocide Museum.

Pros:

I'm familiar with the hotel and stayed several times there. The rooms are not big but conveniently equipped and very clean. Location is convenient for me. Staff is always pleasant and helpful.
I will continue to stay at this hotel when I work in Phnom Penh.

Great location and lovely rooftop restaurant!
Pros:

Lovely staff, beautiful upstairs restaurant and bar, great views! Breakfast was good and the location is perfect!!

Cons:

The air con in both rooms would not work well, we were really hot. There was also some smells from the drains but the staff said they would fix immediately.

Wohlfühlhotel
Pros:

Ich war nach 2024 zum zweiten Mal hier und werde auch am Ende meiner Reise wieder hier übernachten. Mir gefällt alles, von Dachpool/Frühstücksterrasse über die Freundlichkeit des Personals bis hin zur Lage. Alles entspricht den Fotos, und auch wenn die Zimmer nicht mehr ganz frisch sind, haben sie durch die geschmackvolle Einrichtung Wohlfühlcharakter. Ein Tipp für alle, die individuelle Hotels großen Ketten und cleanem Charme vorziehen.

Overall nice and good value (except for the coffee ...)
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, and cozy place to stay in PNH. The rooftop bar and restaurant is definitely a plus, especially for business travelers.

Cons:

The coffee is awful....I know it's hotel coffee but this one is clearly below standard and doesn't reach the minimum strength expected even from hotel coffee. Quite unfortunate as it ruins the breakfast experience at Patio.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Everything. The pool was lovely. The staff were helpful, friendly and kind. The rooms were extremely clean. The free shuttle to town was punctual and a fun ride.

The separate shower from the toilet was my favorite feature of the room. It's nice being able to keep feet dry when not using the shower. Savan is friendly and helpful, as are all the staff. You'll meet her upstairs in the breakfast area on the way to the pool. Speaking of the pool, the view of Phnom Penh with the infinity edge pool in the foreground... photos don't capture the serenity. You've got to experience it for yourself.

Cons:

Mosquitoes can be vicious here. A good spray takes care of that.
