الاستقبال لم يكن جيد .. وطلبوا قيمة دفع تأمين .. قالو خايفين ان اخرب الغرفه ... وعندما قلت بدفعها من بطاقه الصرافه قالو يرجع لك قيمة التأمين بعد اسبوع .. بصراحة سالفه التامين رفعت ضغطي .. ب الاضافه ما قدرت افتح الباب .. مرسلين رقم سري بدون بطاقه .. وجلست فتره طويله احلول ولا فيه خدمه اتصال .. حتى الغرفه ما فيها هاتف للاتصال ... الاكيد لن ارجع لهم ابداا

للاسف لن اهود واجراءات الدخول مع مبلغ التأمين على هذا الشكل
Pros:

النظافة وواسعة وموظفي الاستقبال وتعاملهم اللطيف خصوصا الرجال

Cons:

للاسف تأخر شديد في اجراءات الدخول
جلست اكثر من نصف ساعة عشان ادخل
لاتجد موظف الاستقبال او ينشغل مع غيرك وتأخر ممل
ايضا مبلغ التأمين شي جديد علينا وانتظر عاد متى يرجع 😡
