Location was within walking distance to night markets, lake, great restaurants and coffee shops. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, spa and pharmacy on ground floor.
It’s on a busy road which we didn’t find an issue but don’t get balcony room if you don’t like traffic noise. No air conditioning or fan.

The location was perfect. Just a short walk from the night market and other attractions. Very helpful staff, always willing to help you. Arranged all my tours and gave out some great suggestions, on where to eat. The room had everything I wanted.

Nhân viên thân thiện, mọi thứ trong phòng đều chỉnh chu và sạch sẽ. Nơi đây chúng tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại khi có dịp du lịch Đà Lạt lần nữa
Vòi hoa sen trong nhà tắm hơi yếu
Mình hay chọn lưu trú nơi này. Phòng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, ra chợ đêm gần.
Lễ tân chu đáo. Dịch vụ tốt. Hỗ trợ nhận phòng sáng sớm với giá ưu đãi, được nâng hạng phòng miễn phí. Khi về còn được tặng túi thơm nhỏ xinh.
Quán sữa ngay bên hẻm quá ồn ào, đến 1-2h sáng mới yên tĩnh để có thể ngủ.
KS nên có phương án lắp đặt thêm cách âm cửa sổ cho các phòng mặt hẻm hoặc gần đường đi
There was a lot of noise from the street in every room. I even changed rooms twice because of it.
I got stuck in the elevator in the middle of the night. The alarm button did not work, so a friend had to come and help me, and I was stuck inside for over an hour. In the morning, instead of compensating me for the experience, the first thing they asked about was the payment. They did not offer any real compensation and only gave me two bottles of water for the inconvenience. They said I had already been upgraded before I arrived, so there was nothing more they could do.
The housekeeping staff in the morning clean the rooms very forcefully. That might be fine, but not when you are still asleep at 9 AM and get woken up by them opening the door.
Booked another night because so far it’s the best hotel i’ve ever been to in Vietnam.Very cheap, i was surprised to see how good this hotel is, it has everything you might need (elevator, close to the center, hot water in the shower, iron in the room)
And most importantly the staff are very friendly, welcoming and they went out of their way to help me with everything that i’ve asked for.
Even got a cute gift when checked out so thank you
There isn’t soundproof and the other guests in the hotel were SUPER loud and rude
Det lå et rigtig godt sted, værelset var dejlig stort. Badeværelset var også rigtig fint. Vi kom tideligt om morgenen og fik lov at tilkøbe en halv dag for tidelig check in.
Rengøringen kunne godt være bedre. Der lå en del skidt og snavs bag ved sengen.
Good location and clean
Hotel staff entered room when I had DO NOT DISTURB sign on door. I specifically said do not clean my room. I had to switch hotels because I did not feel safe.
Mình rất thất vọng, không biết lỗi do app booking hay do khách sạn, mình đã từng ở đây đợt trước cảm thấy sạch sẽ nên quay lại. Tuy nhiên lúc book mình book phòng executive delux có ban công lúc sau mình nhận Mail là phòng superior ( mình k để ý) đến lúc nhận phòng mới biết, đợt trước book chọn superior vẫn phòng đó giá 350k, đợt này gần 600k vẫn là phòng đó.

The room was beautiful and Clean, and the staff were very helpful and attentive.
The hotel was located up a short alley with a chemist out the front, food marts etc all in close proximity.
A short walk and you are in downtown Dalat where all the markets are.

位置也很好，我要是再来一定会还住在这里。
前台还可以帮忙订去机场的车，比打grab便宜
付费只能用现金，希望可以用卡，其他都很完美
Clean spacious and quiet room in a great location near the centre (entrance on the side street of a main road) for a bargain price. Goods beds. No breakfast but everything is available nearby.
Our room had a not-screened shower so count on a wet bathroom
