Lovely comfortable stay and half board was very nice with the food at breakfast and dinner very enjoyable

Nice Hotel
Pros:

It's a very smart hotel with staff that really want your stay to be special. The reception area is spacious and the efficiency of the staff is notable. The pool area is very nice with comfortable seating in the bar area.

Cons:

The tables in the dining room are very close to each other, making getting around a little awkward.
The downstairs bar staff can be a little indifferent about your needs.

THIS HOTEL IS LOCATED IN A PERFECT LOCATION, RIGHT IN THR HEART OF BENIDORM, IT IS ADULTS ONLY, FRIENDLY AND REALLY MODERN AND CLEAN. THE FOOD IN RESTURANT WAS SUPERB, FIRST TIME I HAVE BEEN IN A HOTEL WITH A BUFFET AND THE FOOD WAS PIPPING HOT. THE CHEFS CONSTANTLY CHECKED TEMPERSATURES AND FILLED UP THE TRAYS.

Cons:

CANT SAY THERE WAS ANYTHING I COULD FIND FAULT WITH.

Great stay. Food in the restaurant was excellent and we had a very good time
Pros:

Location of the flash hotel is fantastic

Cons:

Everything was good apart from 2 things that just took the shine off the place. 1. As we walked in the room the smell of cigarette smoke hit us, really not good and it must be imbedded in all the furnishings, even though we had the doors wide open the smell never left. 2. No glasses, not even plastic in the room, would have at least expected this in the bathroom to put your toothbrush in.

Great central venue

Lifts only hold 4 people bit of a nightmare at peak times and big lift was broken
