Noise not from outside but people outside bedroom door talking laughing at 4 in the morning got no sleep 😑

Todo el conjunto esta muy bien, en benidorm depende la ubicacion que busques, el Flash esta en el centro del ambiente nocturno buenas habitaciones de 4* comida al nivel, piscina y personal trabajador,
No depende del hotel no estar en la mejor playa por las piedras.
Bufete un poco a fanta de variedad en fruta y postres comparado con otros hoteles, pero aceptable.
Para los que nos gusta la sombra, faltan sombrillas en piscina.

I was not happy about air con under repair at 38 degrees huge hole in ceiling where air con unit was drippinh into room
Rookie on arrival at 2.30 am had no ceiling as you walk through door reported to reception shall get maintenence in morning go out for the morning to maintenance in room no warning white dust chalk everywhere on clothes bed floor reported again as our passports and cash lying about if we were warned we could have put away got offered a safe free of charge for rest of stay refused safe clothes hanging up covered in white dust complained again oh will get cleaner nope no cleaner cleaned our room for the duration of our stay all got done was clean towels put in i have emailed hotel twice with no reply would I go back of course but was failed on that visit

Las instalaciones de la habitacion muy antiguas y en mal estado, marco de la puerta mal, placa de tuberia de aire al descubierto ,terraza trozo roto suelo.
La limpieza segundo dia solo se hicieron camas solo, ni pasaron por la terraza.

The rooms were not very clean the bath panels were very dirty with frame and splash marks same with wall at the door of the bathroom
