50/50 chance if ya get a good cabin
Pros:

That itna dog friendly hotel and we love taking our dogs everywhere we go and the lake is right across the street!!!

Cons:

As soon as we got there, the one bed closes to the door was broken bad, and the floor was filthy and still had garage and stuff behind the TV stand and dresser and the plumbing suck cause it didnt drain well at all!!!

Would not stay here again.

The question asked about breakfast— not applicable as it wasn’t included.
It was close to the “action” of Mackinaw City— the only thing positive.

Cons:

The room had an odor (presumably because it was “pet-friendly”. It was so strong it burned our noses/throats) and the floors felt dirty (laminate, not carpet). There were cobwebs all over the window. The grass outside our first floor room was covered with trash.

Prices were expensive for the quality.
Pros:

My kids loved the waterpark however the water was absolutely freezing! The ferry is right across the street for going to the Island which was convenient. Downtown was about half a mile walk which was also nice.

Cons:

Our room was not clean AT ALL. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Cobwebs everywhere, the shower curtain was filled with mold, the toilet seat was broken, the windows has smudges all over them. I was not impressed for the amount we had to pay for 2 nights.

Literally nothing.

When you book you are assuming you're getting a new, clean cabin because that's how they advertise, when we arrived the "suite" we booked was a bed with a Jacuzzi tub two feet from it, no couch....a bed and tub. Also not enough hot water to even fill the Jacuzzi, it was cold! Dirty refrigerator. The carpet was damp and the room smelled very musty. Everything was just dirty feeling and in need of updates, again...not even close to the picture they advertise. I would never recommend this place!!!

Cozy little cabins that are perfect for sleeping between adventures.
Pros:

We love staying here. It is right across the street from the ferry to Mackinaw Island and close enough to walk to all the shops.

Cons:

I wish they had a shelf or something to put shampoo and conditioner on in the shower though.

Pros:

The location was nice, right across from the ferry. They let us park at the facility while we went across to the island. Check in was easy.

Cons:

The room was not what I expected. It was very run down, and had a very bad smell. We rented a different room at a different hotel for the night and didn't even stay there,

Just an over all terrible stay!!!
Pros:

Only thing good was it was across from the ferry we need to get on.

Cons:

We had ants in bathroom. Smelled terrible. Sheets were stiff. Stayed two nights. When we came back from outing the second day we couldn’t get in room. Went to office they said you need to sign back in for second day. Staff were very rude!

Nice.
Pros:

I like the cabin idea. Being away from other rooms. The knotty pine is excellent. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The cabin is outdated. The bottom of the shower needs to be tiled and grouted. It looked terrible. The bathroom trim around the door needs to be replaced. It looks like a dog chewed it.
