Cons:

There were dirty towels and even used towels in the shower. The lamps didn’t work and were dirty. It was cold in the room.

We will never stay there again until the owners/management start thinking about the customer.
Pros:

The actual structure of the cabin is fantastic and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The cabins were not ready for guests. There were no TV remotes in either cabin we stayed in on two different nights. Both nights we stayed, the worker was walking around to different cabins with a box of remotes. No continental breakfast as advertised. Toilet handle was frozen the second stay so obviously the cabin had not been cleaned since last fall. Floors did not look like they'd been cleaned....you could see the dust and dust balls. The jets on the jacuzzi tubs both nights had not been cleaned out so there were particles in the water. The heater didn't work the first night so they moved us to a different cabin. I was able to get it to work at first but the fan was covered in so much dust, I suspect that's why it shut off and couldn't be restarted. No one bothered to turn on the heat in any of the cabins we were in so I had to wear a coat for the first 4 hours. We tried turning on the overhead fan to push the heat downward....once we turned the fan off because it was blowing in the wrong direction, it was completely covered in dust. The second stay, one of the couch cushions had a huge stain on it. The living room lamp didn't work and there was a flashing light in the bathroom that we finally unscrewed. These are easy fixes so I'm wondering why no one is paying attention to the details. This could have been an excellent stay....the main large cabin structures are fantastic.

We were in Mackinaw so it was lovely overall.
Pros:

I liked how friendly the front desk was. I enjoyed the location.

Cons:

I didn't like the cleanliness of the pool. The water park was cold. and our shower had a clump of hair in it with an empty shampoo bottle resting at the top of the shower. I had to clean it before I was able to use it.

It was ok. But will probably not stay there again.
Pros:

It was cleaned up but not clean. Carpet was damp underneath and room was mucky smelling, not fresh. Furniture was dated but not in a nice eclectic way. Was quiet. Was convenient to everything.

Satisfied.
Pros:

I liked the price and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Wifi was nice bit it didn't always work. Ultimately I enjoyed staying here and will be back, but in one of the bigger cabins :)

Cons:

No microwave in the room, when I booked the room it said a pool and a hottub, there was no hot tub, we had access to the Waterpark which had a hot pool which was nice but not the same as a hottub. The listing online also said we were right on the beach, we weren't, it was across the street.

Pros:

Cabins at the front of the resort are nice.
I was not put in one of those originally, after asking to be moved they were able to accommodate my request for a small upcharge.
Location was good and an easy walk to shops and dinner.

Cons:

Just the cabin I was originally put in, cabin 322. When I went to the cabin it was OLD AND OUTDATED, not anything like the ones up front. I asked to be moved. I was put in Cabin 305 out front- SO MUCH NICER!
Glad they were able to get me moved!

I loved the location and rustic cabin feel and vibe to it!

Cons:

Our TV didn’t work, there was a light out in the room so it was super dark most of the time, and a lot of bugs in the bathroom due to the small window located in there.
