Great location. The room itself was great.
The bathroom wasn’t clean, had a strong damp smell. The shower drain was clogged and the toilet kept on running (probably faulty button).
I will be fair and say that we didn’t communicate this issue and didn’t give the property the option to fix the issues - our stay was short and over the weekend.

Location, view, pool and Antonio, the most wonderful and efficient front desk manager I have ever met in all my frequent travels, he made everything possible and I would wish for such an excellent employee if I were in the hospitality industry. Can't say enough good things about him. Amazing. Last time I stayed at the Belmond Caruso next door and the coastal view of Palazzo Avino is equally excellent. But they don't have anybody like Antonio.

well equipped kitchen
1. No available parking, the fact that Sunday the garage is closed was not mentioned on Booking, I had specifically booked this apartment because of parking. I understand that it could not be mentioned in the standard property features on Booking but it should have been mentioned in the standard "important information" section where you can write all this. Alternative parking was a nightmare and took forever.
2. Very dirty shower, shower drain was clogged and full of hair, see picture. The cleaning person should have noticed that the water does not go down the drain and should have done something about it. The shower floor was left greasy, typically from water draining very slowly overnight due ro clogging. That was disgusting.

La propreté et la qualité simple et bonne de la structure et la petite cheminée.
La proximité avec tout le quartier populaire.
L’installation Alexa ne fonctionnait pas. Le fait que la chambre voisine ai mis de la music tot le dimanche matin et nous a réveillé.
Le bruit de la rue est assez fort malheureusement.
