And what amazed us most was how successfully the windows cut all the noise from the outside. We were there at the night of the world cup; whole convoys and celebrations were right in front of us and yet when we closed the balcony doors; we could hardly hear any sounds from the outside... That was amazing compared to my other experiences in Barcelona before.

-Room got cleaned every single day.
-Check-in and out were effortless.
-Air conditioner was powerful and always working.
-They even let us store our luggage for a few hours after checking out for free..

La ubicación, quedaban muchas zonas muy accesibles.
Las almohadas un poco gruesas para mi gusto y sin importarme mucho pq apenas estaba allí, la habitación daba a un patio interior y casi no tenía luz, también ers la q más cerca estaba de la entradaa y escuchaba a todo dios por la noche. También recibieron a todos los huespedes con botella y copas, mens a nosotros, :)) pero igual era un dervicio premium a parte. Jaja

Camera si baie curate, pat bun, cu aer conditionat, personal amabil si vorbitor de limba engleza, locatie buna langa statie de autobuz si de metrou. Bonus: posibilitatea de la lasa bagajele inainte si dupa sejur in dulapuri cu cheie, gratis!

First of all, the location is excellent. The hotel is very close to Plaza Catalunya, near a metro station Universitat, and the airport bus stops nearby, making it very convenient to get there from the airport.
The room was very clean and beautifully maintained. During the hot weather, the air conditioning worked perfectly, which we really appreciated because we’ve stayed in hotels where the air conditioning was poor and made the heat unbearable.
Although they had informed me in advance that I had booked a room without a balcony, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a room with our own private little patio, just for us.
Everything was great. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with all the necessary toiletries. However, what impressed me the most was the young man at the reception. Before we arrived, he sent me all the access codes so we could enter the building because we were arriving very early, at 7:00 a.m., well before the official check-in time at 1:00 p.m. This allowed us to leave our luggage safely, freshen up if needed, and start enjoying our trip.
He even sent me a photo showing exactly which airport bus to take, where to get off, and which street to walk down. Everything was explained in incredible detail. I believe he was the same person we met at reception, and he was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and friendly throughout our stay.
When it was time to check out, he also allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel until the evening without any problem or extra charge.
I would especially like to congratulate the young man at the reception for being so kind, always smiling, and making guests feel so welcome. Interacting with him genuinely made our stay even more enjoyable.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
