Amazing service from point of booking through to departure, and beyond!

All the staff at the hotel were exceptional with their hospitality and attentiveness, and made special accommodation for our group requirements.

I would like to give a special call out to Amanda who went above and beyond with all our requests, and helped with arrangements outside of the room booking itself - including seamlessly organising all our transport for the rest of our holiday.

Pros:

Très bel accueil dans cet hôtel bien situé. Le personnel très serviable a toujours été de bon conseil. Merci pour leur bienveillance. Et petit déjeuner varié.

Cons:

Toute petite déception, contrairement à la photo, nous n’avions pas de balcon.

Fabulous budget hotelnwith great service.
Pros:

Fabulous little hotel - perfect for a family, with a large room with a double bed and 2 single beds.

Great location in the old quarter, with loads of local food options and walking distance from Train Street.

The staff could not have been more helpful, taking our luggage to our rooms, giving us ideas for places to visit and helping to ensure that our coach collected us from the right place.

The breakfast at the sister hotel around the corner was fantastic and again, the staff could not have been more helpful.

Cons:

Not really a dislike, as we chose the hotel knowing the facilities, but the only improvement would be a small pool!

Pros:

Het personeel verdient een grote pluim, ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en attent! Goede bedden en prima ontbijt met heerlijk versgebakken eitjes en pannenkoekjes. Vanaf het moment van het boeken lieten ze ons welkom voelen. Goede locatie.

Cons:

De kamer geeft geen uitzicht naar buiten, de ramen zijn geblindeerd als het ware, dit vond ik wel jammer. Maar dit was ook al zo te zien op de foto's.

Small boutique hotel, well located, despite being in a busy area, we were not disturbed by the noise. Love the balcony, comfy bed, generous size of the room.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Excellent petit déjeuner très varié.
Hôtel très bien placé à deux pas de la cathédrale, du lac Hoan Kiem, rue du train,…
Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable.
Vous pouvez faire appel à Amanda pour les excursions ou vos déplacements, elle est au petit soin avec les hôtes.

Perfect stay for any family with kids.
Pros:

I liked the location. It is close to everything such as train street, note cafe, hans market, hoan kiem lake, shops and restaurants etc. Good for family travelling with kids. Staff is amazing and very helpful too. Lookout for William or Andrew who have been very helpful with tips for the journey.

Cons:

Room doesn't have a window or view. But it didn't bother me because we were travelling all day visiting Hanoi.
