Calista Trendy Hotel & Spa

Callista Trendy is a fantastic budget friendly hotel close walking distance to Train street, the lake and food options in the Old Quarter and French Quarter with no need for you to use transport. The Staff were friendly and accommodating special thanks to Andrew and Tracy. Great size rooms cleaned daily especially the 2 bedroom apartments. The breakfast had both western and Vietnamese options and was of a high standard. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hanoi and would happily recommend it to family and friends.

We had a very pleasant stay and felt genuinely welcome throughout our time here.While we initially had a concern regarding our room,the way the situation was handled afterwards was truly exceptional. The team reacted immediately, professionally and with great care. Everything was resolved the very same day and during the rest of our stay the level of care consistently exceeded our expectations. Even on the day of our late check-out, the room was refreshed again although we neither expected nor required it. This may not be a luxury 5-star hotel, but the service certainly deserves 5 stars. The friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to make guests happy were outstanding.A special thank you to Grace and Amanda. Both were incredibly professional, kind and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Grace especially has a very calm and gentle manner that immediately makes guests feel comfortable and taken care of. Amanda also deserves special recognition. From the moment of our reservation, she was always reachable via WhatsApp and consistently made sure that we were being looked after, even when she wasn't personally on site. That level of care and attention truly felt like above-and-beyond service and made a real difference during our stay. The hotel itself is spread across three nearby buildings, but this was not an issue at all since everything is located very close together. Our room was very spacious, and the location was perfect for travelling with two children and a stroller. Almost everything was within walking distance, which made our stay especially convenient and enjoyable. The breakfast was absolutely fine. Nothing overly luxurious but definitely sufficient to start the day well. Fresh crêpes, fried eggs, and omelettes were always available and what stood out positively was that the staff actively approached guests, informed them about these options. Issues can happen anywhere. What truly matters is how they are handled and this team did it perfectly.

Breakfast is fabulous. A lot of choices and a staff constantly making sure you don't miss anything. We appreciated the room with 2 bedrooms and a living room, very spacious. For a humble price.

Excellent location in the old quarter. The hotel is quiet, clean, beds comfortable, windows open if you want. Rooms are made dark at night, using the curtains.
Staff are so helpful and have great advice on what to see, how to get around etc. Highly recommend this hotel. We have already booked to go back.

Отличное расположение отеля! Большинство главных достопримечательностей расположены в шаговой доступности. Можно не брать такси, а прогулочным шагом дойти до нужной локации и в процессе знакомиться с атмосферой города. Уборка номера производилась ежедневно. Чистые комфортные балкончики, где можно вечерами посидеть на свежем воздухе и отдохнуть. Отзывчивый и доброжелательный персонал, всегда готовы помочь в разрешении любого возникшего вопроса.

Personnel+++, emplacement+++, parfait et calme pour découvrir les quartiers animés.

The hotel was not by the main road so it’s relatively quiet. The service was excellent and the staff was attentive. For travelers going to SaPa by train/bus at 10pm, the hotel can arrange for a day tour to Ha Long Bay on your check out date, return to the hotel by 8pm to shower before you head to the train station.

Très bien localisé, au calme mais siitué à environ 10 minutes à pieds des quartiers animés et des attractions principales. Le personnel était adorable !
