Top Hotel und Service
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten das Gepäck sogar bis abends (trotz des Check-outs am Mittag) noch abstellen und sogar nochmal duschen! Die Lage war sehr nah an einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Unsere Aussicht war gut.

受付のお嬢さん、門番の兄さん、清掃の姐さん皆チャーミングでした。ホスピタリティーを感じる宿でした。
意図しているのかどうかは、知る由もないですが中国人がいないようでうるさくなく、朝食も落ち着いていただきました。

靜的巷子裡，到老城區吃飯購物都非常方便，每天的自助早餐會變換花樣，還能現場製作好吃的越式餐點，連續住了五晚非常的愉快，河內住宿唯一選擇!

Richtig gute Lage und nicht zu laute Umgebung. Da Frühstück war jetzt leider nicht so unser Geschmack aber am Besten war das freundliche hilfsbereite Personal :)

Good for the price for sure.
Pros:

The staff are super friendly. The location is nice ( if you don't mind a mini walk to places) and the pillows are really comfy. Room was serviced everyday.

Cons:

The stay was in a different building. The windows had no view. There was no conditioner in the bathroom
