Location in old town was very convenient and walking distance to food options, many tourist attractions such as train street and don xuan market.

The room was spacious and comfy and breakfast was decent

We chose this hotel because of the two bedroom apartment. My family wanted space and Calista delivered. The staff -Alex and Ning Ning - took great care of us — arranging tours, helping us get familiar with the city and they even did our laundry for free. The hotel is well located. We could walk to the market and local tourist destinations, like the Women’s Museum. We got a massage there that was better than one I received at a higher end hotel later in my trip.

It was in a great area and everything we wanted to see was within walking distance.

Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Service was perfect

The personal were very nice and helpful with everything. Ningning was especially helpful with us as we checked out and had to use Grab. It was nice that we had a kitchen and could buy food and fruit to eat at the hotel as well as the free water everyday. It was also nice that they had free washing machine for the clothes since it gets so hot and humid in Hanoi.

We had a wonderful stay at Calista. The family room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, allowing our family of five to stay comfortably under one roof. Despite being located in the heart of the Old Quarter, the room was surprisingly quiet at night, which made for a very restful stay.

A special mention to Amanda, who was exceptional throughout our stay. She helped arrange transportation and was always quick to assist whenever we needed anything. Any issues or requests were handled efficiently and professionally. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would gladly recommend Calista to families visiting Hanoi.

Отель в старом квартале. На тихой улице. Брали семейный номер, который оказался довольно просторный. Из-за того, что дома в Ханое не большие номер занимает весь этаж и лифт приходит прямо в комнату, есть ещё винтовая лестница, но она больше для персонала. Лифт ездит по карточке, нас заверили, что никто без нее на этаж не поднимется. В номере было чисто, полотенца меняли ежедневно, постельное белье хорошее новое, матрас и подушка удобные. В номере есть небольшой балкон для посиделок, что очень удобно. Завтраки были в кафе соседнего отеля в 20 метрах от нашего, не очень разнообразные, но вполне нормальные. В гостинице были европейцы и индусы. Отель отписывается на ватсап при бронировании, скидывает видео номера, что очень понравилось. Организует трансфер из аэропорта. Заранее на нужные даты купили через них экскурсии в Халонг и Ниньбинь цены как в турагенствах на улице, попросил скидку за опт - дали. Экскурсии к слову оказались качественные. В целом рекомендую данный отель.

Le personnel est génial !!! Ils ont été aux petits soins avec nous du début y compris et surtout pour les visites.
Je vous recommande Amanda au Tour information, cette femme est juste parfaite!
Le petit déjeuner est assez complet!
Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses.

The location is really accessible and every major spot is nearby . The staff is absolutely amazing and that is the highlight, esp Amanda and her colleagues are very supportive and helpful. They considered our situation and also upgraded the room. Will surely recommend .
