オススメします！
Pros:

ファミリールームに泊まったのですが、1フロアに1ルームしかないので気兼ねなくのびのびと過ごせました。また、立地がとても良く、徒歩圏内に有名店や見どころがあり、とても便利でした。スタッフの皆さん、丁寧でフレンドリーで、その点も良かったです。

Cons:

特にありません。1日目はお風呂の排水が詰まっていたため、残念な気持ちになりましたが、次の日には掃除されていました！

Absolutely outstanding stay at the Calista Hotel & Spa in Hanoi ⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟
Pros:

A spacious, comfortable hotel in a fantastic central location, making it really easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Several minutes walk to Train Street or Hoan Kien Lake. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice to set us up for the day.

The staff were brilliant, but a special mention has to go to Amanda, who was absolutely top class. She couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful — from helping us navigate Hanoi and organising trips, to simply making us feel welcome throughout our stay. She even kindly stored our bags free of charge, which was incredibly helpful.

Fantastic hotel, fantastic location and exceptional staff. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend the Calista Hotel & Spa! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Good for the price for sure.
Pros:

The staff are super friendly. The location is nice ( if you don't mind a mini walk to places) and the pillows are really comfy. Room was serviced everyday.

Cons:

The stay was in a different building. The windows had no view. There was no conditioner in the bathroom

Pros:

The hotel is clean. Our room is located across the main building. It is nearby main street but since it located at the back alley so it is a bit quieter from the traffic noises.
It also at the centre so it is walkable to the market place and shops.

Cons:

The road to the entrace is narrow. Can only fit one car. So it is may not suitable for someone who travels by car or van. You need to park at difference place.

Warm and personalised service in a lovely, central location
Pros:

The hotel staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Always met us with a smile and friendly greeting and organised laundry for us at a very cheap rate. The hotel is three buildings located adjacent to eachother, we had rooms in buildings across the road from eachother but at the same floor level so balconies faced eachother. The hotel is located really centrally, loads of places to eat and shop nearby, but its quiet as its located down a side road. The breakfast was great, we had to go to the third building 1 min walk away, but there was a buffet breakfast of hot Vietnamese dishes, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, toast and an egg station where they would cook your eggs to order. All was very tasty and staff were very nice. The rooms were very nice and clean and we can highly recommend staying here if you are in Hanoi. Most sites were within walking distance, for those further out catching a Grab taxi was very convenient. A truly great hotel with fantastic staff that provided a warm and personalised service to us throughout our stay.
