The location and staff. The staff were very kind to show us all the tourist attractions as well as help with directions whenever required. The location was a perfect since it was centrally located to all the places we visited.

スタッフさん、最高すぎる。
Pros:

観光できるスポットがどこも近かった。トレインストリートは2回も行きました。近くにスパやレストランもたくさんあり、割と口コミ高めのところが多いのでどこへ行こうか悩むほどでした。
ホテルの居心地は最高で、コンパクトなお部屋でしたが、毎日綺麗にお掃除していただき、気持ちよく滞在できました。
そして、賑やかな場所にあるのにお部屋はとても静かでぐっすり眠れました。
朝ごはんは少しのビュッフェと、出来立ての何か一品を選ぶことができます。３泊したのでフォーとサンドイッチと目玉焼きを食べることができましたが、どれもとても美味しかったです。そしてみなさんおっしゃってますが、スタッフさんがみんな笑顔で、下の名前を呼んで出迎えてくれたり、今日はどうだった？と尋ねてくれたり、ホントに素晴らしい仕事ぶりでした。なんとも言えない温かい気持ちになりました。

Pros:

Voto 10 a tutto lo staff che ci ha aiutato enormemente a coordinarci con l areoporto di Hanoi per i nostri bagagli che erano stati lasciati dalla compagnia allo scalo di Shanghai.
Il resto va in secondo piano, con persone così il posto non può che meritare un voto altissimo.

Pros:

Truly exceptional staff. Everyone is super polite and helpful. They even memorize names of every guest before the arrival and every time you walk past they acknowledge you by name, asking how you're doing. Breakfast is really good. It's very clean. The bed is very soft. We got sick on the flight over so we asked not to come in and clean, and every day the staff would leave us water and fresh towels at the door. They also arranged very affordable transfer for us to Ha Long. Can't say enough about the service. The room might be small but that's how all hotels are in Old Town Hanoi, especially on such a budget. We were very happy with everything and can't thank them enough
