Very nice, helpful staff and great location for the Old Quarter.
The room I booked had no window and subsequently has no airflow and was very damp, even with the air conditioner set to dry. The fans that vent the room and bathroom did nothing to help. Make sure you book a room with a window.
Staff was super friendly and helpful. Welcomed us with lots of love. Great breakfast! Great location close to everything. Highly recommend.

The room was better than I expected, very clean and comfortable and the staff were A+. They went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay.

The location is perfect, the hotel is cozy and my room is beautiful and very clean. I liked the staff the most(Wayne, Lina, Vivian, and also other team members that I unfortunately do not know by name). The staff members are genuinely caring and always in a good mood and ready to help or advise

The hotel location was very central and ideal for exploring on a short trip. The staff were superb, all of them that we met were friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. The rooms were very spacious and had everything we needed. We were advised at check in that our deluxe rooms were situated at the front of the hotel facing the busy road and were asked if this was okay or did we want to change to a regular room at the back of the hotel. We declined and went for the booked rooms, which was fine for us but if you are a light sleeper this may not be the same for you, so go for the standard room if this is the case or opt for the ear plugs that they offer.
The bathrooms were a little tired and very hot, however the weather was in the 40's so real issue with the temperature for us.
The receptionists were incredibly kind!!! Since they knew I had a very early morning return flight, they prepared breakfast for me even though it wasn’t breakfast time yet❤️!!!

El hotel está ubicado en pleno old quarter, cerca de muchos lugares de interés, el desayuno es variado y delicioso, el personal es muy amable y también te ayudan a organizar las excursiones ( puede que pagues un poco más pero creo que es mucho más fiable hacerlo directamente con tu hotel y así te evitas sorpresas)
Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Wir konnten auch schon früher einchecken und der Wäscheservice hat auch hervorragend geklappt. Die Lage ist auch perfekt.

La chambre qu’on a eu n’était pas sur la photo sur booking. La salle de bain n’est pas pratique d’accès à cause de la porte lourde qui la sépare de la chambre.
Nous avons trouvé un cafard dans notre chambre le dernier jour sur les 2 nuits.

The staff were truly excellent - always friendly, helpful, and willing to give recommendations or assist with anything we needed. This really made a positive difference to the overall experience. The breakfasts were also a highlight: besides a modest buffet, you could order a freshly prepared dish such as pancakes or an omelette, and everything was genuinely very tasty. Another advantage is the location - the hotel is quite close to the Old Town, making it easy to reach the city center.
The rooms are quite small, including the bathroom, which can feel a bit uncomfortable due to the limited space. Also, the window was not very convenient - we even had some difficulty opening and closing it. There is very little natural light coming into the room, which makes it feel a bit dark. That said, the beds were comfortable, and overall the stay was fine -nothing critically bad, just a few inconveniences to be aware of.
