The hotel is located very conveniently in the Old Quarter. The room was spacious enough for a solo traveler, comfortable bed and pillows. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was kept exceptionally clean and towels were exchanged every day. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and I would definitely book this hotel again!

El hotel está muy bien situado en el Old Quarter de Hanói: todos sus principales puntos de interés quedan a menos de 15 minutos a pie y, aun así, se encuentra en una calle relativamente tranquila. La habitación era confortable y el desayuno, más que digno.
Pero lo verdaderamente excepcional es el equipo humano. Desde el check-in hasta el check-out, todo fueron agilidad, cordialidad, amabilidad y profesionalidad. Es un equipo joven y entregado, siempre atento al confort y la satisfacción de sus huéspedes.
Un 10. Cuando vuelva a Hanói, repetiré sin ninguna duda.
Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal, perfekte Lage in der Altstadt, sauberes Zimmer. Wir haben kostenloses Upgrade bekommen, zu einem Zimmer mit Fenster, was in Altstadt von Hanoi sehr schwer zu finden ist. Die Rezeption ist 24/7 da, was sehr praktisch ist wenn man spät abends zurückkommt und noch offene Fragen hätte. Übrigens gibt es sehr günstigen Flughafentransfer vom Hotel, egal welche Uhrzeit. Insgesamt ein tolles Erlebnis, gerne wieder.
Positioned in old quarter, walking distance to most tourist attractions. Excellent breakfast. Staff very kind and helpful. We can definitely recommend.

Todo muy bien, atención del personal, desayuno, limpieza y sobre todo la ubicación.
La atención del personal fue impecable, muy atentos. Nos ayudaron también a pedir un tour y con el traslado al aeropuerto
La habitación doble de dos camas no está tan reformada como las dobles de una cama (o eso suponemos por las fotos y comentarios previos). Es decir, está un poco mas vieja que en las fotos y es un poco pequeña para 2.
