Pros:

One of our favourite places we stayed in Vietnam. The location is perfect- in the centre of the old quarter with everything within a quick walking distance. The rooms are lovely- beds really comfy! Breakfast is delicious, you get a buffet and a set menu so there’s tons of options- western and Vietnamese which is nice. What stood out the most is how amazing the staff are, every single staff member was so attentive, kind, and seemed genuinely happy to help with any query. Even down to remembering our names and our plans! Thank you!

Pros:

The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. A big thank you to Wayne, Victor, Vivienne, Lena and Alley . We were a family of four and they knew us all by name. They went out of their way to make our stay extra special. They stored our luggage when we took a 3 day trip to Da Nang. They went out of their way to see to all our needs. Breakfast was special every morning. We were upgraded to a better room at no extra cost because it was my birthday. The room was small and cosy and the bed very comfortable. The hotel is in the old quarter and close to all amenities. Thanks once again for making our stay there so special. We will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends and family.

Hanoi Shady Rest old and fitting a beautiful city
Pros:

The staff amazing even before I arrived in the old quarter amazing and special mentions to Wayne and his amazing staff The Map of the quarter with a big we are here was wonderful and so much information its a must. FINALLY the breakfast unbelievable and it kept you going all day wonderful and I be back love the people and city of Hanoi

Cons:

The TV played but every TV guy came to fix it I was offered another room but wasn't in long enough 10 out of 10

Best staff!! Highly recommend
Pros:

The hotel was central and easy to get around the old quarter and French quarter. But my fave was the staff, they were so helpful, accommodating and made the experience amazing!
