Lovely position
No hot water for the two days I stayed. Cold showers not acceptable. Having to eat dinner on coffee table in bar area… proper tables would be much more comfortable.

A beautiful location and comfortable stay in this lovely luxury hotel. Would have liked to stay longer. The staff were fantastic, really friendly and helpful, especially the Kiwi receptionist.

Everything in the hotel was spot on and the staff were very friendly. Comfortable rooms and beautiful touches were made in the room like the tea and coffee and treats.

La situation de l'hôtel est parfaite pour vadrouiller sur l'île. Vue magnifique! Chambre petite mais très confortable. Pas beaucoup de place par contre pour ses affaires (pas d'armoire juste des cintres pour accrocher ses vêtements). Salle de bains petite mais très propre. Petit déjeuner super.
Le service du petit déjeuner et du dîner pouvaient être mieux organisé. Pas assez de personnel donc les pauvres étaient complètement débordés et trop speed (mais ils étaient très gentils et serviables)
With the exception of the experience at the spa, I loved almost everything about the hotel. Lovely decor, soft and comfortable bed, incredible sea and garden views. Reception staff especially nice. Some unfortunate understaffing was.a problem in the bar area, with tables not cleared from lunch when I arrived late afternoon.
The rudeness at the spa was completely unacceptable. The young man working there was very kind, but the woman with a European accent who was at the reception area when I arrived made the experience memorably upsetting with her condescending attitude. There were a few other problems there- no shower in the spa area, the nearest ones are the public ones along the wall in the room with the swimming pool. The only private one is in a toilet at the farthest end of the facility. It wasn’t until I’d gotten my hair wet that I saw there was no shampoo, only hand soap there. Neither shower area had anywhere to hang a towel. I didn’t know the hot tub had to be booked in advance until I saw signs at the spa. I then didn’t have a chance to use it before leaving. Spa staff had no robe to give me and said the room should have had one (it didn’t) The one I received when I asked for one back at the hotel was too small to wear. I’m glad I stayed at the hotel for other reasons, but since the spa was a major reason for my booking it, I doubt I would return, quite disappointing.
