Pros:

Heerlijke bedden, makkelijk dicht bij veerboot, goed ontbijt, vriendelijke dame in restaurant , lekker eten

Pros:

The location is the only thing that distinguishes this place from a TravelodgePlus

Cons:

Sadly, the restaurant staff at both dinner and breakfast were hopeless. Plenty of them but all wandering around with no purpose either guests clearly frustrated by either their short responses when being asked questions or lack of action when asking for the buffet to be replenished at breakfast. My room was nice with some good touches but let down by the black mouldy silicon around the bath and in the bath panel

Excellent location for touring the island and close to ferry

Cons:

I found the bath shower combination a little awkward to use, my wife couldn’t use either as she has a bad hip and couldn’t climb into the bath to use the shower, so a walk in shower would have been better

Pros:

Location beautiful, rooms comfy and clean with nice touches of the Scottish biscuits.
The suite with the hot tub was lovely.

Cons:

The hallways and main areas are dated and could do with decoration which would make the experience improve.
We booked a meal on the first night for a member of our groups birthday and the restaurant manager was rude and not accommodating at all.
The second day was much better with the remaining staff a joy to be around.

Wonderful stay- highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The staff were all so pleasant, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much bother. I do do hope the owners / company appreciate the staff they have. There was a great atmosphere in the hotel all day but especially at night. The location was excellent for exploring the island and on the wet days the pool was a wonderful bonus. The food was delightful.

Cons:

There was nothing we disliked.

Schlepping heavy suitcase a long way from the room to the front desk ...2 sets of stairs. No where to put suitcases in the room except on the floor (seems a universal omision in hotels).

Pros:

Nice venue, rooms are nice but some details should be updated. SPA is lovely

Cons:

A Gym is absolutely missing in a resort like that. The staff at breakfast was not really helpful and professional while the others in the structure
