Despite a couple of discrepancies I enjoyed my stay very much, the Isle of Mull truly is a little gem, I met some wonder
Pros:

Great location and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating.

Cons:

Housekeeping needs slight improvements and the pool looked a tad neglected and temperature could have been higher however nothing that can’t be rectified.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt auf der Isle of Mull
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Fährhafen entfernt und direkt am Meer. Es gibt einen schönen großen Innenpool, der mindestens auf 27° beheizt ist, außerdem einen schönen Spabereich.
Es ist ein idealer Standort um Ausflüge auf der Insel zu unternehmen.
Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant war exzellent.
Später Checkout um 13 Uhr gegen eine geringe Gebühr möglich.
Ich hatte eine Suite und dementsprechend ein sehr großes, schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick.
Die Pflegeprodukte sind auch sehr gut. Es werden auf viele Details geachtet, entsprechend fühlt man sich sehr wohl und wertgeschätzt.

Cons:

Die Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants. 20:30 Uhr als letzter Slot in den Sommermonaten ist etwas früh. Es wäre schön, wenn man bis 21:30 Uhr zum Essen kommen könnte.

Excellent quality hotel, good food
Pros:

The location, quality of the room and hotel generally. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

Cons:

Mainly that I didn't have time to try out the spa facilities as I was on a cycling trip.

Lovely hotel with great views - warm and friendly staff
Pros:

Lovely welcome, great room, great dinner and the breakfasts were exceptional. The staff were just so welcoming - special mention to the lady who runs the restaurant seamlessly and with warmth, humour and attention to detail. She is an asset - sorry I should have asked her name. A really lovely base to relax after exploring Mull.

Pillows.

Personale gentile.

Cons:

Non abbiamo dormito bene a causa di un rumore costante durante la notte.
La struttura e' datata la camera non era insonorizzata.
Il letto scomodo.
Non forniscono l'occorrente tipo ciabatte e accappatoio per la spa.

Good location but a bit expensive
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable. Spa facilities were good except there wasn't any hot water during our visit

Look elesewhere for a genuine Highlands & Islands stay - Caters for coaches / tourist buses
Pros:

The room was superb. Quiet, large, very clean, good quality fittings and great view. Hotub was also very good. Nespresso machine and Scottish sweet treats in room a very nice touch

Cons:

There were clearly issues amongst the staff in the bar and restaurant area. "The customer is always right" was not applied and the barman was obnoxious in telling us what we wanted or question when we asked. Accountability and responsibility was lacking with questions or requests continuously passed to other staff members who in turn never communicated properly. Food and drink at the location is average and very expensive for what you get. Hotel stank like a fish market (not a high end fish restaurant) one night.

It was okay but not worth what was spent on our stay
Pros:

Close to the ferry port, the spa facilities that were available were good.

Cons:

The heated indoor pool was not available throughout our stay, the restaurant had no gas so only the option of a burger with chips or fish and chips was available, seemed like only one member of staff in the restaurant was serving people which meant we never even got the option of a desert before giving up and leaving, the tv in our room did not work.
