Pros:

Posizionata molto bene per visitare l’isola di Mull, camera spaziosa e pulita,letto molto comodo, saponi e creme di ottima qualità a disposizione. Il ristorante presente all’interno della struttura è una buona soluzione per la cena ma è super consigliata la prenotazione in anticipo!

Cons:

Essendo su più piani e con diverse rampe di scale la mancanza di ascensore si fa sentire specialmente se si hanno valige grosse

A great relaxing end to our two week touring holiday

Location, facilities and staff

Cons:

The spa was great but needs some tlc, the steam room smells of drains and not eucalyptus. The outdoor spaces looked great but needs new furniture.
A sofa in the bedroom would be good.

Beyond my expectation. Highly recommend!
Pros:

The staff at the reception is really friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was brilliant. The room was nice and cosy. We even saw a stag wandering outside of the window. The hotel was really close to the ferry terminal. Will definitely come back!

Cons:

The breakfast time could be slightly earlier.

Very good and comfortable, wish there was a lift
Pros:

The bed was fantastic, best sleep in our whole trip

Cons:

that there are no lifts and we had to go down and up to our room on multiple stair cases with big suitcases

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The twin room was big with a nice view. A good sized bathroom with lovely power shower. Nice breakfast and dinner. Area around the hotel was peaceful with a short trail into the ferry terminal to Oban.
We really liked this hotel.

Cons:

A small thing but the sink in the bathroom had poor flow of water.

Beautiful scenery, very quiet. Good spa facilities and excellent massage. Very friendly staff.

Only minor, Due to the heat wave at the time, the room was very warm at night with no way to cool it.

Super dog friendly!
Pros:

Just returned from a 2 night stay at the hotel. Travelling with my husband and small dog

Positives
-Good location, 5 from ferry terminal from Oban ferry
-Lots of parking on site
-Very dog friendly and made to feel very welcome within the hotel
-Lots of gorgeous grounds round the hotel for walking, make sure to walk down to the beach behind the hotel to
-Lovely terrace for food/drinks with a gorgeous view over the water
-Spa had good facilities

Cons:

-Room was extremely warm, despite opening the window. This did disturb our nights sleep, luckily we had brought a fan from home with us
-Drink service at the bar was extremely slow. Staff super friendly, just under experienced (one advised was his 2nd day)
-Room was a bit tired, various areas needing repainted
-Spa hottub, we were advised had to be booked for use, so we did twice throughout our stay, arrived both times and other guests in the tub. No signage to advise guests of this - needs to either not be in place or enforced
-Dog fee was steep and not advertised well.
