Pros:

Great details and lighting design, lobby and room smells like herbs and quite relaxing, easy parking as well. Close to city and south Yarra, lots of food and shopping opportunities. Family friendly as well.

Quaint, beautiful and quiet! Good location! Was comfortable besides the toilet

Cons:

Well, the toilet needs fixing. Water leaks out of toilet into the room. They can consider redoing the toilet to include kerbs to prevent water from flowing all the way into the room.

The duvet was a too thin, it wasn’t summer. However the futon bed was comfortable. The main thing that concerned us was the unexpected bond of $300 which we had to pay on arrival! Yes we will get it back within 3-7 days but I have never come across this before!! Not happy about that at all!!☹️
