Pros:

chambre bien , piscine petite mais bien déjeuner je sais pas nous sommes partit a 6h30
il devait nous donner en partant mais il l'ont pas fait désolant

Cons:

l'accueil de celui qui nous a donner la chambre très désagréable , et le reste du personnel aussi
sauf celui qui est au bar , le repas du soir immangeable froids il y a des personnes qui se plaignaient
bon pour 10€ par personne .

Paid for airport pick up, no show. Upon calling them then informed me only then that the pick up having an issue and can’t come. They told me to take a taxi without help or guidance. After a short argument the gentlemen hung up on me. Paid the taxi myself and when arriving I was condescendingly called „the prince has arrived“ since I was complaining about the no show… I was educated on the circumstances and that this can happen anywhere when traveling. Then after I was offered a junior suite as apology I still had to pay city tax 16€ and still got a bad room.. never again

This hotel was a serious disappointment. On several occasions, when we returned later from our scheduled activities, there was barely any food left — we were forced to eat leftovers, while the better dishes were not properly replenished. More than an hour before closing time, the better food options had already run out, the selection was poor, and quantities were clearly insufficient.

What was especially disappointing was being charged extra for something as basic as printing flight tickets for a group. We expected a much higher level of hospitality and guest care. Based on this experience, we would not recom
mend this hotel.

On avait réservé 5 nuits, mais l’hôtel a réussi l’exploit de nous faire fuir après seulement 1 nuit. Franchement, performance remarquable.
Sur 3 chambres :
•une avec les cafards en pension complète 🪳
•une autre qui donnait envie de dormir dans la voiture ( insalubrité +++ )
•et la dernière… on cherche encore les points positifs.
La nourriture ? Même la faim hésitait. Portions miniatures et goût mystérieux. 🍽️
Quant au personnel, on ne savait pas si on était dans un hôtel ou dans une émission de clash télévisé tellement l’accueil était agressif.
Bref, si vous aimez dormir avec des insectes, manger des repas surprises et tester votre patience… foncez. Sinon, passez votre chemin.
