hotel propre , piscine et transats adaptée aux enfants, chambre propre et spacieuse
Les prix des buffets petit-déjeuner (100/p) et déjeuner (200/p) et aussi les prix de consommation au bord de la piscine (tasse de lait chaude à 45dh !!), quartier un peu bizarre pour un hotel bien fréquenté.
Excellent séjour ! L’hôtel est magnifique, propre et très agréable. J’ai vraiment passé un très bon moment et je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation.
Un grand merci également à Amel, à l’accueil, qui a été très professionnelle, souriante, accueillante et toujours très polie. Son sens du service a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.
Merci à toute l’équipe, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
The Staff were all absolutely amazing and accommodating towards us, the rooftop pool and bar area was amazing. The food was really good and accommodating for all sorts of eaters. There were occasions where the music was too loud but apart from that it was a great atmosphere and the rooms were amazing.
We had a couple of ants in our room and we had to ask for towels for our bed on two different occasions

Jó elhelyezkedes, a tetőterasz medence szuper, a panoráma gyönyörű. A wifi jó volt.
A törölköző nem a létszámnak megfelelő menyiseg volt.

On m’a pris mon sac à dos grâce au caméra et au personnel je les retrouver.
Le prix de l’eau à 5€ la bouteille c’est énorme et le buffet du soir 2/10.
O hotel é muito limpinho os funcionários são bem educados e muito atenciosos .
O pequeno almoço é muito bom eu e minha família gostamos muito.
A área da piscina é incrível uma vista maravilhosa.

Los empleados de recepción y gerencia. Vi antes de salir la hora de llegada y les avise por si había algún problema ya que llegaba antes de la hora de check in. Me dijeron que no y cuando llegó a las 2 de la mañana me cobran una noche más sin el descuento, a pelo. Cojo el justificante y digo que quiero hablar con el gerente y me dicen que a la mañana siguiente está. Antes de la entrevista manda un correo a booking diciendo que se me va a cobrar una noche más. A caballo pasado. Muy decepcionado. El baño también por un 4 estrellas en malas condiciones
À part le petit dej tout le reste est médiocre
Présence de cafards ds les chambres
Repas pas hygiénique du tout , la salle de repas pas de Clim , pas de ventilateur, les salades pas fraîches du tout . Toujours le même menu . Présence d insectes sur les plats ect …
Dans la chambre les wc défectueuses , le personnel de menage qui rentrent sans cogner ni s excuser . La literie de petite taille pour 2 personnes et pas confortable
La piscine petite et l espace pas propre du tout ! Pas assez de place. Les canapés autour de la piscine sont très usés et pas confortables. L environnement de la piscine est sale et mal entretenue.
La piscine sur le toit, le personnel toujours prêt à rendre service. L’emplacement à quelques minutes en voiture du centre ville.
Si on va dans les détails ils pourraient améliorer la poubelle de salle de bain toute rouillée, que le pisciniste soit présent dès l’ouverture de la piscine pour donner les serviettes car parfois on attends des heures avant qu’il ne soit là.
the beds and the pool/rooftop
breakfast/dinner, we had the half board included and still had to pay for drinks including water, and the food in both were not the best as well, in the bathroom the bath was not new and the window didn’t even open, in the pool pictures of the hotel there are many sunbeds but in reality there are only 3 and there are more sofas but in the sofas is always shadow ( you can’t get a sunbath ) so people were almost fighting for the sunbeds. in the rooftop we had drinks and there was no alcohol, they don’t serve any alcohol, and in the same night we both wake up in the middle of the night shitting our pants because of the ice they had put in the drinks, we drank a pina colada, wouldn’t recommend it at all, the ice they make it’s with not potable water, that’s why that happened. the guys in the reception wanted to charge us from a transfer that we didn’t use/asked for and made us be there for like 10 minutes for them to make sure we didn’t use any of their transfers
