I showed up to be impressed with lobby, upstairs pools not open, broke. Room was atrocious. Left

Nothing I left. This place looked beautiful in the lobby and on photos. Not all the rooms are renovated!!!!! I was put in a stinky, filthy room with black water coming out of the faucet. I actually cried.

Senior lady travelling with grandchild. I left. Ended up not getting to another place till after 9 pm, lost a day of my holiday. I couldn't believe in any country a hotel would have that kind of standard. I was out the extra 40$ can to get a cab to another available hotel (The Edge) which was less expensive but awesome although not on the beach. I never really got to see Pattaya beach besides from a roof top pool. Vacation went nothing like I planned. Made the best of it. The unrenovated rooms should be condemned, not rented. Booking.com did refund me. It was a disastrous experience.

Location was nice. Everything’s nice. It’s just a little bit rundown. You can tell it’s an older building and it needs some maintenance.
