Pros:

Понравились завтраки. Хорошее, удобное расположение отеля. Номер с отличным видом на море.

Cons:

Некачественная уборка в номере, чайник подключается в туалете - электророзетка тройная только там. А фен приделан в зале, намертво. Лифты быстро закрываются, не успеешь - придавит.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is okay.

Cons:

Nothing like what the photos promise. A giant masstourism hotel full to the brim with russian tourists. Breakfast is like a warzone with sooooo many people. Very loud and crowded. The location is Pattaya/Jomtien. Either you like it, or you hate it.

Pros:

Breakfast was very nice. Good location. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Can't change air-condition temperature. It was freezing. Need a little bit of renovation in the bathroom. We can spot a lot of dust under our bed.

Pros:

The only thing I liked was the pool and the location

Cons:

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness was almost nonexistent, the room service was very poor, and the staff showed little respect or care for guests. Most of the employees were rude, irritated, and unhelpful.

We stayed for around 10 days, and during that time the bathrooms were not properly cleaned, the room was not vacuumed, and the bed sheets were not changed despite repeated requests. They even asked us for tips, and after giving them tips, the room was still not cleaned properly and the sheets were not changed.

The electricity kept cutting off repeatedly. The worst incident was when my mother was trapped in the elevator for around 30 minutes. After she was rescued, the hotel did not offer any proper apology, compensation, or concern for her condition, even though she was injured. This was completely unacceptable.

On our last day, the hot water was also turned off. Overall, this was a very bad experience. I would not recommend staying at this hotel due to the poor cleanliness, terrible service, rude staff, and lack of concern for guests’ safety and comfort.

Nice Hotel - great location
Pros:

We really enjoyed the majority of our stay here.The location is ideal it is right by the beach and close to a few decent eateries. The breakfast was of a good standard and they had a decent selection each morning.
The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. They also had some facilities like a bowling alley and snooker room

Cons:

The hotel is in need of an update as it is starting to feel a little old. The Gym is very small for a hotel of this size and only had one treadmill working during our 10 day stay. The pool ladders need replacing as some were just hanging on and felt unsafe. However, the worst complaint is that the walls appeared to be paper thin and during the last two nights of our stay we were woken by noisy neighbours (laughing and shouting) between 1 and 2 am and I called reception who had no interest in doing anything about it

Pleasant and spacious
Pros:

Nice spacious old hotel with very nice facilities including bowling inside the hotel. Plenty restaurants around, quiet area but close to nightlife . Fantastic staff always ready to assist.

Cons:

As per all comments this is an old hotel that might have seen better days and surely will need some maintenance.
