Relax, pace, simbiosi con l'ambiente intorno ............. vacanza pura !
Pros:

Colazione ottima (con servizio cucina) e abbondante (buffet), che dire della posizione ........... scenica .......... una cartolina !
Nel complesso la struttura merita il massimo per servizi offerti, per come è concepita e soprattuto gestita dallo Staff e dal Personale ........ sempre al Top per professionalità, gentilezza e simpatia. Ottimo il servizio garage interrato e la sopresa di avere l'acqua di sorgente in camera.

Cons:

Forse, mio pensiero, mancano solo alcuni piccoli dettagli per prendere anche la Lode al 10! Cambierei i materassi delle camere, per noi scomodi, visto il livello della struttura mi aspettavo qualcosa di piu' e magari aggiungerei un bollitore in camera ............. torni il pomeriggio in camera dopo diversi chiilometri di camminata in montagna e Ti guardi il bellissimo panorama dal balcone della Tua camera, in relax, mentre Ti gusti una tisana o un thè ............... capisco che hanno un bellissimo bar in sede dove puoi chiedere qualsiasi cosa dal mattino alla sera, ma penso che un bollitore oggigiorno lo trovi in tutte le strutture ricettive soprattutto di questo livello.

Fast perfekt!
Pros:

Alles durchdacht. Sehr guter Service. Viel Platz für die Kinder und schöne Pool und spa Landschaft.

Cons:

Matratzen etwas durchgelegen. Waschmaschine und Trockner funktionieren nicht wirklich gut.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit gutem Essen, sehr nettem Personal und einem wahnsinnig schönem SpaBereich.
Pros:

Sehr schön gelegenes, gemütliches Hotel mit sehr nettem und aufmerksamem Personal. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Die Lage ist sehr schön ein bisschen oberhalb von Völs - Bushaltestelle ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Quellwasser direkt im Zimmer war sehr angenehm, grosse, begehbare Dusche. Das Essen und die Menüauswahl waren genau unser Geschmack.

Cons:

Die Betten waren nicht so mein Ding, aber das ist ja sehr individuell. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, hätte mir zwischendurch mal einen geräucherten Lachs oder nicht nur Schweinefleischaufschnitt gewünscht - das ist aber beschweren auf hohem Niveau - uns hat es super gut gefallen.

Für unser erstes Mal in Südtirol: Perfekt!
Pros:

Ausreichend großes Zimmer mit mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten und eigener Terrasse mit Zugang zum Pool. Großzügiges Badezimmer mit WC und Bidet. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit täglich wechselnden Schmankerl und der Möglichkeit, weitere Frühstückswünsche zu bestellen, z.B. verschiedene Eier-Speisen oder Crepe. Großer Bar-Bereich sowohl innen und außen, wo man abends bei einem guten Drink den Tag ausklingen lassen kann. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, man fühlt sich mehr als Freund, denn nur als Gast. Auf dem Frühstückstisch lag jeden Morgen eine Art kleine Zeitung mit Vorschlägen für geführte Wanderungen bzw. jeweils täglich immer ein Vorschlag für eine Wanderroute, dies haben wir gerne genutzt. Vom Hotel aus führt ein kleiner Pfad direkt hinunter ins Dorf-Zentrum, ideal wenn man am Anreisetag noch ein bisschen spazieren und etwas essen gehen möchte.

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts besonderes. Einen Wasserkocher/kleine Kaffeemaschine mit etwas Tee/Kaffee hätte ich mir auf dem Zimmer noch gewünscht.

Very good familly place
Pros:

The staff was very very nice, rooms were clean and tbe SPA was good specially the quiet room. We were 4 friends this time but to be honest this is a familly place, therr is a playroom for small chilldren and there is another playroom with PS5, picado, ping pong table etc. I will definitlly come back with my familly.

Cons:

The smell of horses when we open the window, i mean it was not unbearable but we did not like it and also in spa is missing a jacuzzi.
