The room was modern, spacious. Good value for your money.
Last night that we were there, we called reception asking for a roll of toilet paper, they said they will send housekeeping. We checked out without ever receiving the roll of toilet paper.

The AC was hard to adjust and the room was cold, despite maintenance coming to look at it.
Location is very central in the business district, easy taxi ride to most places. Access to casino is a bonus.
Staff are off-hand and bordering on rude. The catering manager treats the staff very rudely and he must make it a very difficult working environment: he needs to be sent to charm school or fired and replaced. The staff in the cafe are unbelievably disinterested in the clients. They should all be replaced. Receptionist told me to go to reception at 7pm to see if there was a cancellation for the next night. was there at 7pm. Female receptionist was outright rude. told me there were no cancellations and I should not have come at that time, should have come at 8am the next morning. She didn't even bother checking online to see if any availability had arisen. I ended up moving to the AC Marriott Convoy for my last week in Panama, just a few hundred meters away. You lost my business because of the rudeness and "don't give a you-know-what" about your clients. Spend some money on customer service training.

Quarto bem confortavel.
TODOS OS DIAS colocaram toalhas para duas pessoas, sendo a reserva para 4. E quando solicitamos mais duas não entregaram fomos na recepção buscar no primeiro dia depois desistimos e utilizamos uma toalha para duas pessoas. Além disso o ralo do box estava sujo e entupido.
Falta de toalhas, restaurante que não troca pure de batata por batata frita nem permite que eu compre fora para as crianças comerem com a carne.
El desayuno estuvo muy bueno y variado. Las instalaciones en general muy buenas. El casino es pequeño pero bueno. La habitación grande y comoda.
El servicio de limpieza de la habitación es muy demorado. El primer día estuvimos fuera de la habitación desde las 8 am y volvimos a las 4 y todavía no habían hecho la limpieza del cuarto. Al siguiente día terminaron haciendo la limpieza a las 2 0 3 de la tarde.
De locatie, gemak, de faciliteiten en de kamer zelf waren prima
De bedden waren niet goed opgemaakt (er miste een laken), sommige kamers waren gehorig met lawaai van de buren tot in de nacht. Na melding werd hier wel actie op ondernomen door het hotelpersoneel.
