Mooi hotel, goed geholpen bij de receptie, mooie kamer, gedineerd in restaurant maar door taalbariere gaat het stroef. Ontbijt was okee. Er was alleen filterkoffie😔
location was good with many restaurants and shops nearby. The room was comfortable and quiet from the street noise. Locks of english stations on the television.
The breakfast buffet was very mediocre. No omelette station or cappuccino to be ordered just the buffet not a restaurant.

La habitación me pareció muy bonita, amplia, con todo lo necesario. Hasta el kit de agujas en hilo me fue muy útil. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del metro (dos cuadras creo) y de muchos mini mercados. El desayuno excelente, buen sabor, fresco y variado para todo tipo de gustos.
Los ascensores muy rápidos. Y el check-in y check out rápido.
Tuvimos algunos inconvenientes durante la estadía. La ducha se inundaba con facilidad y, en una ocasión, tuvimos que abrir la rejilla para retirar cabellos que estaban obstruyendo el desagüe, ya que el agua estaba llegando a un nivel bastante alto. Sería bueno que el personal de aseo revisara también estos detalles de mantenimiento.
Por otro lado, la última noche no encontramos toallas en la habitación, por lo que tuvimos que solicitarlas. Cuando las pedimos, nos trajeron el doble de toallas. También encontramos algunas inconsistencias con las cápsulas de café: inicialmente solo había una y, al solicitar las toallas, preguntamos también por las cápsulas y nos entregaron dos adicionales. No nos quedó claro si existe una política respecto a la cantidad que se proporciona o si simplemente no fueron repuestas.

The number of prostitutes in the casino was way down compare to a year ago.
Was close to shopping areas. Very clean. The casino was nice. Staff was super friendly. Lots of places to eat close by. Breakfast buffet has many options and changes some days.
