Das Personal hat a.d. Rezeption keine Lust auf Service. Die einzelnen Mitarbeiter sind nicht synchronisiert gebrieft worden, was bedeutet das Infos unterschiedlich rausgehauen werden und Beschwerden, wie dass der Pool auf der Dachterrasse den ganzen im Umbau ist, einfach ignoriert werden

I didn’t like that there wasn’t a microwave available, I’m not a big eater and don’t like cold food so I wasted a lot of food, we spent 2 weeks there isn’t a laundry room there to wash and the fridge isn’t a fridge, I like my drinks cold
