Okish, but…
Pros:

Voco was a slight disappointment, would rate 3.5 but more a 3 than 4. What is good is the rooms are quite large and the bed is super comfy. On the other hand, a bit too pricey for what you get. Breakfast you pay extra. Location is a bit further from city center, 15-mins walk. The day we arrived there was a movie shooting in the Gasworks area which made the stay a bit uncomfortable and was not allowing you to walk around freely, even though the movie- and hotel staff tried. Ps- no toilet brush in the toilet is a sort of a no go for this level of hotel.

Location, toilet brush missing…a bit too pricey for what you get

Pros:

The room and bed were huge! It was very clean, quiet and large. It was a quick walk to city centre and anything you'd want to see but far enough not to be noisy!

This hotel was poor value for the price we payed.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

While the bar staff were pleasant, there were not enough of them on duty during our stay. We had a long wait for food and drinks to be served. I dont think this was a fault of the staff but poor human resource management buy the hotel.

Cons:

Property was good but one of the restaurant staff extremely rude and bad mannered when we turned up 7 minutes early for a reservation, we left and ate elsewhere.
