Pros:

Que estaba en la ciudad destino de vacaciones.

Cons:

Habitación falta de higiene, sábanas sucias. No había comunicación posible para poder reclamar. El desayuno una estafa, deberían informar antes de que el desayuno se trata de una caja donde no hay disponible ni un triste vaso ni tan siquiera un café... Experiencia muy mala. Nunca más en un password.

Personalmente yo no volvería.
Pros:

La ubicación es lo único que tiene este alojamiento.
El internet falla muchísimo, y tienes el jabón de decoración porque dentro no había nada.

Cons:

A tu llegada recibes un email para que descargues las llaves…y si fuera una persona mayor… pienso que se deberían entregar tarjetas de entrada.

Their customer service is horrible, they left me without accommodation that I paid for, took forever to respond to my messages and calls (which they did not end up doing until the next day).

Me gustó el alojamiento en cuanto habitacion, el resto muy mala impresión el edificio por fuera y por dentro, son cosas q no aparecen en la publicidad

Not really a hotel
Pros:

Clean overall, the room appeared recently renovated, and the location is very central.

Cons:

This does not operate like a hotel. Access details were sent after check-in time, and I only managed to enter the property after Booking.com support intervened. There is no reception, no luggage storage, and the Wi-Fi details were never provided. Check-in and check-out are very rigid, with little support if anything goes wrong. Good luck getting someone on the phone. Great for fitness, since you might end up carrying your suitcase up four floors.

Hôtel à fuir

Très mauvaise expérience. La réception est quasiment inexistante et, à mon arrivée, j’ai dû attendre puis comprendre par moi-même comment récupérer les clés, sans véritable accompagnement.

La chambre est extrêmement minimaliste et plusieurs problèmes sont à signaler : la porte de la salle de bain ne ferme pas, et surtout la climatisation ne refroidit absolument pas la chambre, ce qui rend le séjour très inconfortable.

Pour le prix, je m’attendais clairement à un meilleur service et à des équipements fonctionnels. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel

PRECARIEDAD
Cons:

Entrada a las 15h PM salida a las 11:oo AM. Estamos normalizando unos tiempos que no son ni medio normales. Sin sitio para dejar el equipaje hasta la entrada. Necesario hacer checking online a través de otra plataforma. Hasta las 15:oo no llega el mensaje con n© hab y claves de acceso. Y llega porque insisto a través de número de emergencia que remite a call center. Por 170 Euros, un despropósito.

Pros:

Necesite atención al momento de la llegada y me contestaron muy amablemente

Cons:

El ascensor la gran mayoría de las veces no funciona Hay que poner que ver de qué manera se soluciona ( se debe aclarar que se deben cerrar las puertas interiores del ascensor)
La entrada es bastante fea y no condice con las habitaciones
Las habitaciones deberían tener una silla por lo menos No había ni un vaso en baño

Pros:

Hi, unfortunately, this was a bad stay for me. I had to wait for 3 hours on the street because the host was not answering or providing the code I needed to enter the apartment.

The next day, I contacted them because the Wi-Fi was not working, but I didn’t receive any response and the issue was never solved during my stay.

Overall, the communication and support were very disappointing, and I would not recommend this stay based on my experience.
