The Receptionist must be either trained or replaced with experienced persons.
Pros:

The room was clean, especially the bathroom, flooring were all neat and clean.

Cons:

The Front staffs / receptionist were rude and Not hospitable. Totally unprofessionals. This is a very serious problem as although the hotel was good, just due to the bad attitude and rough behaviour it can devalue the hotel.
