La piscina es un poco pequeña. Falta un poco de variedad en la comida , aunque lo que hay , está muy bueno.
Opção de ter as quadras de futebol para as crianças.
Falar de organização na piscina, toalhas largadas, o buffet poderia ter mais qualidade e limpeza.
Me gustó todo, la ubicación, la comida de mucha calidad y variedad y sobre todo el personal, todos muy amables y serviciales, especialmente Luisa, Lara y Pedro de recepción e Ismael del restaurante de barbacoa.
The reception was very welcoming. Professional and efficient.
We went to the sports hotel because we thought it would be good place to watch the world cup but unfortunately the TV room wasn't big enough and there were large pillas in front of the screen. The televisions in the rooms were great size but they didn't have the sports channel showing the world cup... Extremely disappointing. We tried to watch it outside in the bar by the children's entertainment and the music was so loud we couldn't really enjoy it. You would think as it was the world cup but they would move the children's mini disguise to at least a couple of meters away rather than as close as possibly they could.
One of the entertainment team, (a lady with blonde hair) was rude to my daughter because she couldn't understand her name. So she made a funny face of her and rolled her eyes. I don't think she liked my daughter's name. After that my daughter wouldn't join in any of the entertainment for children because she didn't like that lady and thought she was rude and horrible. Shame she spoiled her experience. The other entertainment ladies were really lovely.
el apartamento era perfecto, tenía una terraza grande y estaba equipado con todo. En las fechas que fuimos, me pareció que todo muy tranquilo, que era lo que buscábamos. El agua de la piscina super limpia siempre.
En el bar de la piscina solo había una persona atendiendo por lo que se formaban largas colas para pedir. La comida del buffet estaba muy buena, pero limitada...había poco donde elegir.
O hotel é grande e espaçoso, os quartos são óptimos e relativamente modernizados. Só utilizámos a piscina infantil, que, embora precise de ligeira manutenção, é simpática e faz o propósito. O parque infantil também está numa zona excelente, de sombra e natureza. O apartamento era espaçoso e com uma boa vista. O pessoal todo foi extremamente simpático, sobretudo a equipa de animação infantil. O pequeno almoço era ok, não muito variado mas bom. Em geral, é um bom hotel para férias. Para férias ativas, é um excelente hotel.
Penso que haverá alguns pontos a melhorar. Nomeadamente o horário do kids club, que funciona só poucas horas de manhã e está fechado a partir das 16h30: mesmo sem funcionários, seria bom estar aberto para os miúdos brincarem acompanhados pelos pais. A piscina infantil também poderia ter alguns brinquedos à disposição, como acontece noutros hotéis. Sendo um hotel perto da praia, penso que o serviço de quartos deveria melhorar um pouco, sobretudo a nível da aspiração do chão. Também respeitámos a reutilização das toalhas mas acabaram por ser substituídas todos os dias. O pequeno almoço poderia melhorar um pouco, sobretudo na variedade das frutas. Os apartamentos poderiam ter microondas. O hotel tem transporte para a cidade, mas penso que seria também muito valorizado o transporte para a praia.

Comida boa, mas pouco variada (principalmente as entradas). Lanches sem variedade (sempre igual). O espetáculo de magia foi muito interessante para quem percebe inglês.
It was a quiet and clean place with decent breakfast and location close to wondefrul beaches.
The pool was too small and the guests mailny from UK did not leave almoast any space to use it
