The room was spacious with a comfortable layout, and the high ceiling made it feel even more open. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its convenient location, with a metro station just a short walk away, making it very easy to get around the city. The best features of this place were the excellent air conditioning, strong Wi-Fi, and consistently hot shower water, which was especially appreciated during a longer stay. I also really liked the fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils. The staff were friendly, professional, and quick to resolve any issues. A special thanks to Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Khalil, who responded promptly to my concerns and resolved them efficiently. His excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable.
The main area that could be improved is the sound insulation between the rooms. However, the hotel has a quiet hours policy from 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM, and thanks to the residents respecting this policy, I could barely hear any noise during my stay.
I would also recommend replacing the current curtains with blackout curtains to better block sunlight, and upgrading the mattress to a firmer, higher-quality one for improved comfort.
For guests staying for extended periods, it would be helpful to provide basic cleaning supplies, as housekeeping is only provided once a week. Finally, adding an air purifier and humidifier would further enhance the comfort and overall guest experience.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Stella Stays. The location is absolutely perfect, and the apartment itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
What truly made the stay memorable, however, was the incredible hospitality. The entire staff was very nice, but a special shoutout goes to Abdulaziz. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and remarkably supportive. Any time I needed assistance, he was highly responsive and went above and beyond to help.
I highly recommend this place and will definitely look to stay here again!
