L’emplacement

Cons:

L’expérience globale a été décevante. La chambre était en dessous des attentes, notamment en raison de l’absence de papier toilette et d’une décoration vieillissante. Fourmi au niveau de la piscine et vestiaire

Un séjour merveilleux, un hôtel au top , en un mot exceptionnel
Pros:

De l arrivé au départ, tout était parfait , chambre très propre , vue magnifique, piscine au top , petit déjeuner vraiment complet.
Le personnel est super , une super expérience

Le service de chambre impeccable, personnels à l’écoute

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner manquait de choix , malgré le fait de venir entre 8h30/9h il n’y avais déjà plus grand chose alors qu’il restait un peu de temps avant la fin du service
Même si peu de clients à ce moment là , le prix n’est pas justifié

Les piscines, le jacuzzi, et leur propreté, le calme

Cons:

Absence de renseignements dans la chambre sur le fonctionnement de l'hôtel et de ses équipements. Coffre-fort ne fonctionnant pas. Sommier d'un des deux lits bancal car pieds rafistolés. J'ai dû surélever un côté avec des livres pour être vraiment à l'horizontale la deuxième nuit.

Pros:

Petit-déjeuner copieux et varié, le personnel est à votre écoute. Un +++ pour Amaurine qui est très efficace.

Cons:

Equipement chambres...produits salle de bain, peignoirs, chaussons mais je reste réaliste par rapport au prix. Un 4 étoiles nécessite aussi un prix plus élevé !!

Pros:

Petit déjeuner en service à volonté, varié, copieux et de bons produits. Rapport qualité prix un peu cher tout de même.
Le Monsieur à l'accueil très aimable, répond à la moindre demande, gentil et efficace
Le coin détente très appréciable...nous avons adoré, propre. Rien à redire
