Pros:

The room was really nice! Also the rooftop bar was great. Only the breakfast could be better! Thank you Ascent Hotel for the nice stay!

Pros:

Nothing honestly it had a weird and a bad energy it felt like we’re staying somewhere haunted we booked this place and it was as past the refund stage but despite that we booked another place within the few hours eventhough we did not get a refund here that’s how bad we felt it was. If you tell the hosts anything they will just tell you this is a first we’re so disappointed yada yada yada… instead of taking criticism in a constructive way. The front door also never closed completely and the place was in the middle of the jungle god knows what would’ve creeped in at night

Ville étape, hôtel confortable
Pros:

La piscine du Rooftop est superbe avec le coucher de soleil.
Le personnel a été accueillant, efficace et réactif.
Le petit déj est un buffet avec beaucoup de choix.
La chambre est confortable.

Cons:

Se balader à pied dans le quartier est bof car très proche de la circulation.
Juste une ville étape.

ازعاج والعزل بين الغرف سيء لأبعد الحدود طلبنا تغيير الغرفة من اول يوم لكن لم يتم الرد حتى خرجنا من الفندق بعد اليوم الرابع

Perfekt für ein stop oder in Malang.. die rooftop Bar mit Pool ist spitze.
Die Zimmer sind sehr gut.

Cons:

Grote kamer en mooi zwembad op het dak.

Pas d’insonorisation
Pros:

Les employés sont compétents et répondent à nos requêtes, le petit déjeuner est varié. Les chambres sont équipées d’une bonne literie.
Belle structure mais…

Cons:

Malheurement il est impossible de dormir, le comble pour un hôtel. Le bruit est omniprésent, on entend les voisins (il faut dire que le savoir vivre est en option chez certains) des enfants qui hurlent dans les couloirs dès 6h du matin, sans parler des femmes de chambres qui entament le ménage avec un aspirateur qui a un moteur d’Airbus A380 dès 7h15 dans les chambres voisines. Hallucinant.

Le restaurant au 8eme étage était très long à servir (plus de 2h pour plat et dessert), plein de plats n’étaient plus disponibles

Prima verblijf voor een nachtje.
Pros:

Wij verbleven er vanwege de Oost-Java tour en wilde in Malang zijn zodat we al op de route lagen. Prima voor een nachtje.

Cons:

Het restaurant erboven is prima, maar niet fantastisch. Geen yoghurt en alleen zwarte koffie.
