Fab location, clean and tidy room. Would recommend
Pros:

Great location, large room size, comfortable bed and clean

Cons:

Tv channels weren’t tuned and not working
Shower head was leaking

I took a nice picture at that evening from the room window. If I will visit Worcester again I will be choose this hotel
Pros:

The room was very good. I like that small place with two single bed on upstairs, very quiet place.And they prepared fruits, different kinds of tea, some snacks.

The water is not enough

A quick and responsive team, a place in a great location that met all of our needs.

Overall, enjoyable, but problems could’ve been addressed differently.

Good location. Room was as described.

Cons:

On this occasion, the fridge in the small cupboard in the room was not working from day one. Whilst appreciating the current heatwave and having reported the fridge, no one made any effort to come and see what the problem was. We were offered water and I was given ice cubes when I requested, but there was still no where to keep the water cold. Whilst talking to a member of staff in the cafe about the problem, we were told that some of their fridges were broken aswell, which gave the impression that there was not much that could be done.

Great place in a a great location with great staff. Nothing else to say
Pros:

Really nice rooms and decent bathrooms. It was nice to have some complimentary snacks, drinks and fruits. Really lovely, friendly staff in Fred’s deli downstairs, nice cafe :)

Cons:

It has very hot which is the weather’s fault! There were tower air coolers in the rooms which were a help

Really makes you feel like a part of the downtown community
Pros:

Witing walking distance of downtown. Nice room. The kids were loving their own space upstairs. And the room was cool even tough it was the hottest night in the UK and lack of AC.

Cons:

Figuring out the parking. But the owner gave me a map which was very helpful

Lovely accommodation in the perfect location
Pros:

Great location. Beautiful, high standards through. Good amenities. Excellent communication

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like, but would have been good to have the option of a firmer pillow. The bed was very soft but difficult to sleep on. The only use issue was that the shower door didn't shut properly

Pros:

Everything it was lovely and clean - lovely facilities as in the coffee/tea mini fridge and breakfast in room ! Very helpful staff indicating how to park and enter the building - will def stay again thank you

Fantastic location, room and communications but too hot to be comfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast was basic - flapjack and some packet porridge.

Cons:

I visited during a heat wave. The top floor room was exceptionally warm throughout - c. 27 degrees in the room. Even with the window open and the fan on, the temperature did not drop significantly.

The property is located on a busy street and so having the window open and the fan on to try and manage the heat is not conducive to a relaxing night's sleep. Most other brands at this price point offer air conditioning or a cool roon.
