The service lady complained she had no clean sheets to replace the ones on my bed. No clean towels either. The breakfast

Estadia boa, mas podendo melhorar em alguns pontos.
Pros:

O café da manhã é bem completo e variado. A localização é ótima. O chuveiro é muito bom, forte e esquenta bem.

Cons:

O wifi não funcionou no meu quarto durante toda a estadia. Pra mim, que viajei para fazer prova e tendo que trabalhar de home office, foi um grande inconveniente. Informei a recepção, mas não foi resolvido e não me deram mais nenhuma posição, apenas no último dia, quando informaram que estava com problema no andar que fiquei. A televisão do quarto também muito pequena e com sinal falho o tempo todo.

Conforto da cama, café da manhã sortido, atendente Jhonata um rapaz muito gentil.

Cons:

No café da manhã nos deparamos com um funcionário bem grosso ou ele não estava em um dia bom, mas nada que desabone a nota dada ao hotel.

Localização muito boa, perto do Mercado e da Rodoviária. Café da manhã muito bom, com ótimo custo benefício. Agilidade no check-in. Cortesia de água saborizada e café para os hóspedes.
