Ein schönes Hotel abseits vom Gardasee
Pros:

Das Personal, Checkin und Checkout, Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Betten bequem. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Herrliche Auszeit in wunderschöner Landschaft mit allem Komfort
Pros:

Wir sind zum wiederholten Mal und nun nach längerer Pause im Haus und erneut äußerst zufrieden, ab Check in fühlt man sich willkommen und zu Hause, freundliches, kompetentes Personal, angenehme Atmosphäre, Service, Komfort und Sauberkeit.

Nel 2018 eravamo già stato in questo hotel.
Era tenuto decisamente meglio, rispetto ad adesso.
Le camere sono pulite, ma gli esterni del locale sono decisamente tenuti male.
La zona SPA ci aveva lasciato un bel ricordo e quindi volevo tornarci per rivivere quel ricordo, ma purtroppo non è andata così.
Zona SPA decisamente sporca,
Angolo per massaggio plantare non funzionante, senza acqua e addirittura con pezzi di pittura venuta via.
Zona idromassaggio, veniva via un bocchettone.
Zona esterna piena di ragnatele, poco curata.
Ristorante ottimo, abbiamo mangiato benissimo, colazione nella media.

Das Hotel hat sehr viel Potenzial, wenn eine regelmäßige Instalthaltung durchgeführt würde.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr (super) schön. Das Zimmer ist zweckmäßig und gut eingerichtet. Es gibt ausreichend kostenlose Außen-Parkplätze sowie einen abschließbaren Fahrradkeller.Der Restaurant-/Frühstücksbereich (innen) ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Die Bodenplanken aus Kunststoff rund um den Poolbereich und die Zuwegung weisen Löcher und Unebenheiten (Verletzungs-/Stolpergefahr) auf.
Die Tische im Innenbereich des Restaurants stehen sehr eng nebeneinander, so dass man direkt neben anderen Gästen sitzt.
Keine Flexibilität bei Tausch einer Essens-Beilage beim Abendessen.
Verschmutzter Sonnenschutz (Baldachin) im Bereich der Außenterrasse macht einen schlechten Eindruck.

Pokoje czyste, standard przyzwoity. Baseny zadbane, miła okolica.

Cons:

Wykładziny na korytarzach brudne i stare. Jedzenie w restauracji bardzo przeciętne, sałatki totalnie nieudane. Złożone z 3 składników- ta z krewetkami to tylko sałata, pomidor i krewetki. Bez grzanek, sosów czy innych dodatków. Na śniadanie codziennie to samo- bez omletów czy jajek przygotowanych na świeżo. Owoce to melon i ananas oraz brzoskwinia z puszki. Brak oliwek, wyboru wędlin. Dla dzieci tylko placuszki- codziennie te same.

Okay, aber für die Qualität und das Alter der Anlage ist der Preis zu teuer
Pros:

Lage schön, Pool groß und sehr kalt , Frühstück reichhaltig , aber Kaffeemaschine ständig Fehlfunktionen, daher war Personal etwas überfordert . Spa-Bereich sehr einfach , es fehlte die Liebe zum Detail ( Design ) . Shuttle-Service ins Zentrum ist vorhanden, fährt aber nur selten und nur mit vorheriger Anmeldung !!

Cons:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, überall bröckelt der Putz .
In den Gartengeschosszimmern roch es mufflig . Lüftung im Bad sehr laut .

Die nähe zu Lazise und Bardolino.

Cons:

Unterkunft ist renovierungs bedürftig .
Wir waren in einem Nebengebäude untergebracht das beim Eingang zum Stiegenhaus einfach sehr herunter gekommen aussah. An den Wänden war Wasserschaden zu sehen. Überall waren die Dielen um und zum Pool lose.

Pros:

Wir haben ein Upgrade auf unser gebuchts Zimmer bekommen das dann sehr komfortabel mit Jacuzzi und deutlich größer war. Alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend und das Frühstück war wieder sehr lecker.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und würde da und dort eine Renovierung bedürfen.

Es war ok, waren jetzt zum 6. Mal und würden definitiv nicht mehr kommen.

Der Pool im Keller war ok

Cons:

Mittlerweile ziemlich runtergekommen, das Schwimmbad im Keller bröckelt überall der Putz ab von den Wänden und Decke. Das Fußbad im Sauna Bereich ist der Beton in sich zusammengefallen und liegt auch so da. Sehr hellhörig alles. Kein besonderes Frühstück mehr. Am Empfang wird kein deutsch gesprochen.
