Gute Lage für Bike Touren. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Frühstück ok

Cons:

Eine Information über die Baustelle auf dem Nebengebäude hat gefehlt. (Dachsanierung, Kran, Material Abfuhr, Zimmerei Geräusche. Tiefgarage mit 15€ zu teuer. Sehr viel Vogelkot durch Tauben und andere Vögel.

Pros:

La tranquillità del luogo, lontano dai rumori cittadini, anche se è stata una vacanza infrasettimanale. Inoltre la piscina riscaldata coperta è ottima per l'attività fisica quando il tempo non permette di usare l'esterna.

Cons:

La ristorazione anche se raffinata è fissa e non varia settimanalmente.
Comunque il personale del ristorante è molto gentile e attento al cliente.

Unser 3-tägiger Aufenthalt war insgesamt okay, mehr aber leider auch nicht. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die gute Zimmergröße sowie der Balkon. Auch Brot und Brötchen beim Frühstück waren lecker. Die Frühstücksauswahl insgesamt war allerdings eher durchschnittlich – bei frischem Obst gab es lediglich Ananas und Melone.

Leider machte das Hotel allgemein einen schmuddeligen und renovierungsbedürftigen Eindruck. In den Gängen hingen teilweise Spinnweben, und man merkt deutlich, dass das Hotel seine besten Zeiten hinter sich hat. Aktuell wird zwar das Dach renoviert, allerdings hätte vieles schon deutlich früher und Schritt für Schritt modernisiert werden müssen.

Besonders enttäuschend war der Wellnessbereich: Teilweise tropfte Wasser von der Decke, der Innenpool war nicht beleuchtet und die Düsen waren extrem laut. Von einer gemütlichen oder erholsamen Atmosphäre konnte daher keine Rede sein. Zusätzlich gab es zu manchen Tageszeiten kein warmes Wasser.

Das Zimmer roch nach nassen Hund.

Auch beim Check-out fehlte uns die Wertschätzung – es wurde nicht einmal gefragt, ob alles gepasst hat oder wie unser Aufenthalt war.

Für uns wird dieses Hotel bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt am Gardasee definitiv keine Option mehr sein.
