I got a single room but it was a small match box size room with literally no cleanliness, no mirror, no geyser, a disgusting washroom and no curtains on one side of the room. Very dirty. There were extreme ceiling noises in the night which can scare anyone. To check in 1 hour early the staff is asking for money, they were quite persistent but I negotiated in the end. My room door lock was broken and I had to call the receptionist to open my room every time. He told me he will give me another room for my safety but then he said they will charge, and then he just said no.
Ground staff was helpful but I have a problem with the institution trying to give such pathetic rooms with no safety and charging money for literally any and everything

This hotel was completely different from what was shown in the pictures, at least at this location. The room was in very poor condition and did not match the photos at all. The bathroom was dirty and poorly maintained, and basic amenities like soap were not provided. There was also no breakfast available, despite it being advertised. Overall, a very disappointing stay and not worth the price.
