Pros:

The location is really good, neighborhood is quiet and it has a tram stop in front of the hotel.

Cons:

They offered me housekeeping only for once just because I am staying there for a week. I know they are saving water but they also didn't clean it , I had to ask for cleaning for twice and finally got a housekeeping in my last days

Modern, stilvoll, gemütlich
Pros:

- Zimmer: modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, sauber, geräumig, bequemes Bett, ausreichende Verdunkelungsvorhänge, komfortable Dusche, Küchenzeile, Klimaanlage
- Den "begehbaren Kleiderschrank" habe ich geliebt, sehr praktisch und chic, um das Gepäck in den Schrankfächern hinter der Schiebetür zu verräumen.
- ruhige Lage im Wohngebiet (ab und an ist die Straßenbahn zu hören)
- Straßenbahn-Haltestelle zum Bahnhof und in die Innenstadt direkt vor der Tür (Taktung am Sonntag und abends arg ausgedünnt, tagsüber im 10-Minuten-Takt)
- "Self-Service-Room", in dem man zusätzliche Handtücher und Küchenausstattung erhalten konnte, ein Automat mit Getränken/Süßigkeiten/Drogerieartikeln stand und auch Waschmaschinen kostenpflichtig genutzt werden können
- Fenster können zum Lüften geöffnet werden
- Smart-TV

Cons:

- Küche eher spärlich ausgestattet (pro Person ein Satz Geschirr)
- Lage: Supermärkte fußläufig erreichbar, aber Gastro-Angebot mau; etwas außerhalb (ca 40 Minuten Fußweg in die Innenstadt, 10-15 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn)
- bei einem einwöchigen Aufenthalts nur eine Zimmerreinigung (Reinigungskraft ließ bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur das Fenster ganztags geöffnet und nahm die zuvor zusätzlich organisierten Handtücher ersatzlos mit, vielen Dank)

I do not recommend this hotel
Cons:

Serious security incident

At around 1:00 a.m., while my wife and I were sleeping, another guest entered our occupied room using a valid electronic key card.

The hotel later confirmed in writing that our room had been assigned twice during check-in and that another guest had been issued access to room 318.

I contacted the hotel immediately via WhatsApp, but received no response during the night. As we had no confirmation that the duplicate key had been disabled, we did not feel safe and left the hotel.

The hotel later apologised, investigated the incident and refunded the stay. I appreciate that response, but secure and exclusive access to a hotel room is fundamental.

Based on my experience, I would not stay here again. I did not feel safe.

Leeres, unkompliziertes Hotel mit wohnliche Ausstattung
Pros:

Mit direktem Hotelzugang in der Hofer Tiefgarage hat das Hotel eine eigene Etage für die Hotelgäste reserviert.

Cons:

Grobe Federkerne im Bett. Durchgesessen.

Pros:

Die Lage, die Größe der Zimmer, dass Frühstück und auch Parken alles 10/10.

Habe ausversehen 2x bezahlt und auch einmal parken zu viel gezahlt, ich bin halt ein Dulli, aber das hotel hat dafür gesorgt, dasss ich sofort Rückerstattung kriege.

Von den Hotel ist man in 7-10 Minuten in Arnold Schwarzenegger Haus und in 50 Min Slowenien und 10 Innenstadt, einfach bestes hotel und super nett alle und überall neben an Supermärkte

Nice hotel in the Smart City
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel—close to the tramway and the train station. The room is spacious and well-equipped. I appreciate the Smart TV since not a lot of hotels in Europe have it.

Cons:

All communications (Booking/Whatsapp) are only in German. I know that we are in Vienna but it would be helpful for tourists if they provide an English translation after each message. The AC does not work well. I have adjusted the temperature a couple of times but I think that the thermostat has been pre-programmed to a certain temperature.
