Pros:

Snídaně byla lepší průměr, každý den chyběl citron.

Cons:

Nelíbil se nám přístup personálu, byl neprofesionální. Každý den jsme si museli vyprosit citron k čaji, což by mělo být automatické. Obsluhující pracovnice u snídaně (blond vlasy) byla nepříjemná, dělala úšklebky a měla poznámky. Poslední den byla neochotná a řekla, že citron není.
Při příjezdu jsme měli u kávovaru pouze kávu, čaj na jeden den Cukr nebyl vůbec a chyběla lžička nebo míchátko. Čekali jsme, že druhé den personál vše doplní, bohužel nedoplnili. Na recepci jsme se museli dohadovat o doplnění.
Úklid na pokoji nebyl každodenní.

Kutyabarát hely, plusz 15€/éjszaka. Hatalmas szálloda, nagy tisztasággal, gyönyörű berendezéssel. Lakó parkok között helyezkedik el, kb 40 perc séta a belváros.

Alles. Ist für mich das beste, herzlichste, liebevollste Hotel in Graz.

Cons:

Es gibt NUCHTS was einem nicht gefallen könnte. Perfektes Hotel.

Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Wir besuchten eine Veranstaltung in der Helmut List Halle die sich gleich neben dem Hotel befindet was sehr angenehm war. Das Hotel, Zimmer, Frühstück und Personal waren top! Eine Bar im Hotel sehr nett. Mit der Straßenbahn gegenüber dem Hotel ist man in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Wir reisten mit dem Auto an. Ein Parkhaus hinter dem Hotel gelegen mit direktem Durchgang zum Hotel ist sehr bequem aber € 20,- pro Tag.
