Great hotel
Pros:

Very comfy, and close the food places. Staff was great.

Nada el trato de la recepcionista, muy desagradable .
Llegamos nos informo que NO había luz y Yo jamás tuve tema con ello podíamos esperar , ella me ofreció una noche gratis y No la ocupe xq la luz llegó en cuatro horas y no me gusta abusar , pero aún así la actitud de la recepcionista fue descortés ya que por haber reservado por medió Booking nos dio una habitación, en mal estado las cobijas sucias salpicadas de sangre , el aire acondicionador no funcionaba , la estufa con solo 1 hornilla de 4 en función , y aunque lo reportamos no hicieron caso no se nos brindo la atención e inclusive nunca fueron a limpiar nuestra habitación durante los 4 días y 3 noches q permanecimos .
Y obviamente ya estaba pagada y le comenté del reembolso y su respuesta fue que ella no sabía de eso
Que eso lo viera por Booking , aparte que es un hotel muy racista , ya que había mucho americano y ellos si podían estar hasta tarde en áreas comunes y alberca , haciendo mucho ruido y no se q tienen en la cabeza si somos , Mexicanos al igual que los trabajadores , recepcionista e inclusive las personas que estaban al frente del hotel ya que tuvieron muchas reacciones negativas hacia con nosotros q la recepcionista ya ni el saludo nos brindaba .q en realidad su falta de empatía a mi no me importaría , pero llevaba a mis nietas
Y igual fue grosera con ellas
Realmente la pasamos fatal y preferíamos irnos todo el día a la playa. YO en lo personal le daría 0

Estan bonitas las intalaciones y su alberca, solo un poco de mantenimiento al mobiliario que esta en los balcones estan con oxido
