O hotel é impecável, limpo, muito bem cuidado, confortável e agradável. A localização é excelente, bem próxima à Rua Coberta.

Atendimento excelente - gentil e atencioso, muitas vezes lembrando o atendimento do Colline. Quartos confortáveis e limpos, café da manhã agradável. Localização perfeita para passear a pé por Gramado.

Poderiam dispor mais opções de bolo no café da manhã - mas ainda assim estava excelente, nada que estrague a experiência.
