Excellent facilities and exceptional services from a dedicated and professional staff.
Pros:

Exceptional services. Alina, in particular, was wonderful and professional ensuring that I had all the things I needed as I got transferred to Terminal 2 due to construction's noise affecting the Capsule located in Terminal 1.

Cons:

Couldn't have been better.

Disappointing stay with the value of money that I have paid.
Pros:

The location of the capsule & luggage storage is convenient.

Cons:

Upon checked in, only I get to know that it did not provide any shower or bathroom facility. I said this is not what I want as I booked through Agoda, and The staff claimed it clearly shows upon booking via their own website but not in 3rd party booking platform. She also claimed that they have messaged me the next day after my booking, but as a normal customer, we wouldn’t be reading the message after booking. Despite she said can upgrade my stay to Terminal 2, however it was inconvenient for me as I have morning flight at Terminal 1 the next day. I did not feel refreshed at all after this round of stay which defeated your business mission.
