It would have been better without the noise pollution of some drunk people arguing.
Pros:

The scenery from the balcony was nice. The room was clean and the facilities are good.

Cons:

Sound proofing need to improve. Some drunk people were arguing one stairs above and few houses away bt could be clearly heard inside the room.

The environment and comforts.

Cons:

Not i don’t like it , but could have a iron in the room i got everything except that one since i came for an event there i had no choice just wear it that way.

Facilities are good .

Cons:

The customer service phone is always engaged. There was an emergency call for evacuation on the 12-8-26 at 11 am. When asked the receptionist they did not know about the evacuation call. What rubbish as everyone panicked

Good value - but not a whole lot to do on site other than a nice indoor pool and kids indoor pool
Pros:

I like how we were put on a high floor upon request.

Cons:

The hotel felt a little lonely - both understaffed and under booked. So some services felt like they were not really open for guests
